Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge -One of the World's Scariest Bridges?

We continue Day 9 of Our Irish Road Trip on the Antrim Coast of Northern Ireland with a trip to Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge to answer two questions - Is it one of the scariest bridges in the world? And was it a shooting location for Game of Thrones?
We'll take you to the National Landmark Trust property and show you the walk out to the bridge, then give you a close up and personal look at the crossing - if you dare! We'll learn the truth about Chris- and how he feels about heights and suspension bridges- and take a look around the island itself.
Then we'll see Larrybane Quarry and learn its connection to Game of Thrones (especially Brienne of Tarth!).
We'll share some more ideas for GOT sights in the area as well as great scenery.

Just back from two weeks circling the Republic and Northern Ireland. As scared as my wife and I were, we both did the bridge, without looking down I might add, and I’m glad that we faced our fears.
