There's one important thing that's not mentioned in the video. You need the correct breathing technique while performing Suryanamaskara in order to prevent injuries. Breathe in while streching and expanding the body and breath out while contracting or bending the body. For example, while doing the 1st pose you can breath in and out but while doing the 2nd pose you need to breath in and while performing the 3rd pose, breathe out.
Please make a video on perfection syndrome or Perfectionism, about what is it in detail from the psychological perspective, what is the difference between genuinity and perfectionism (sorry for the lack of better words, but I hope you may understand) and how to deal with it. It is a much needed video as most of the people wont recognize it and cant perform their best due to this syndrome ( Including me, as I try to let the things go but my mind does not accept it and I again get in this loop). Thankyou sir. I hope you will think about this.

Sid u should have saurabh teaching surya namaskar i feel he is too perfect and teaching specially surya namaskar .learn from him u will get the right tecnique.

They did not say Yoga is unscientific. Unfortunately some people make false claims that yoga can cure all diseases. That is what they have pushed back on. Yoga is a form of isometric exercise which is useful for health
