  • When I created this workout I was looking for a simple way to work on building and lifting the booty without crazy movements or exercises. I used a mini band because the right exercises with it just give you an intense burn. During these intense 20 minutes, focus on your mind muscle connection and keep your booty // butt-cheeks engaged during the entire time. My butt was so sore one day after I‘ve done this for the first time and my cheeks are definitely more lifted after doing this killer combo for several times. Mamma Mia :D

    Please do some dumbbell lower body exercises!!!!

    Booty workout is all over TH-cam. But THIS! This is a real one because most of us at home are not pros and struggle to finish an excersice. I especially liked that both legs are worked within a minute lol. Thanks alot.

    Feel pretty good since I not only used 120lb booty band but also added 2kg ankle weight on each😅. please help do more workouts with ankle weights. Thanks.

    Almost all standing, lots of balancing on one leg. Excellent for ski strength. (Just my personal notes)

    I love your workouts and one of my favorites areas to work out booty .
    I am starting some of my eating habits in order to lose around 4 kilos .
    I should do booty workouts daily or each 2 days ? Should I mix your booty workouts or do one same workout for 15 days , then switch to other one ?
    I don’t want to loose fat from booty as from other areas of my body .

      I would say you could train 2 days in a row but after this two days definitely one rest day or you could train one day booty, one day break and the other day booty again

    its lowkey confusing when some workouts are 30 seconds then transition into 1 min, but other than that it was good!!

    Ich habe die Minibänder neu & weiß nicht genau welche Stärke ich nehmen soll. Vorher habe ich schon viele Butt-Workouts ohne Equipment gemacht… Welche Stärke kannst du mir empfehlen? ❤️

      Your comment was over a month ago, but no, it won't make your booty rock hard. That can only be achieved through heavy lifting coupled with diet. You can do this one without worrying, keep crushing it ma'am. Good luck

    in 15 minutes always the same 3/4 exercises, if you ask me a bit monotonous and boring. I would recommend to avoid repeating multiple times

    Me pareceu um treino com o que vinha na cabeça. Vc não segue bem uma sequência ordenada. É tudo muito misturado e trocando o tempo todo de perna sem dar tempo de fadigar o músculo. Seus exercícios doem muito é a lombar. 😢
