I wasn’t going to do anything but walk today and then this video popped up on my home screen and made me realize I can put aside 5 minutes for a quick arm work out and feel SO much better about myself. I love these practical and accessible workouts! ❤
I started doing your workouts on and off during COVID -- for arms, I was doing the 15 min arm workout with no equipment (you in a blue bra and shorts set). Then I found this workout around a year ago, and I bought myself 5lb weights. Then 8lb weights. And today I did it using 10lb weights. I wasn't taking fitness super seriously, more like a "I need to work out to feel good" thing, but it was kinda nice to occasionally think, hey, this workout is... a little easy. Time to level up! See you at 15lb :)

I first saw this vid on tiktok. And thought ohh, I want to push myself just a lil bit more. Or so I thought.. i bought 6lbs dumbbells. And followed the tiktok vid but it was too fast for me to understand since I'm a beginner. Then I checked this out. Wow! I can't even last 1 minute holding these dumbbells. All i can do is the bicep curl, after that one I'm out. Maybe, I'll keep trying since I don't want to waste these pink dumbbells. Crazy for thinking I can start with 6lbs. 😅 I thought I was just carrying my newborn for 5minutes. HAHAH
I stumbled upon this video and thought I would try it. I'm almost 60 with health issues and I really appreciate that the work out was slow and gentle. I will be looking forward to try your other workouts.

I have found out that i usually cant do 25-30m workout videos as hole but o find my self doing 30m of workout anyway by doing a bunch of 5m-10m workout. Since its much easier to motivation myself to doing a 5m workout than a 30m one

As a teenager who is 40-30 IBs overweight, does tae kwon do, and just today started working out (doing a chole ting 18 days challenge) and am trying to build more strength on my arms (upper body really) because I can't not do a push up or a plank without shaking HARD. This is so light and i try to do it with 5 Ibs weight ankles (going to buy a 15Ib dumbbell) this is super nice and nice for someone who is just starting to do this stuff! I feel so great right now. 👌
I like doing these throughout my day, even at work. Whenever I have 5 minutes. You don't work up that much of a sweat with these, but they're powerfully good. I feel the difference!! ☺️

I accidentally bought 3kg dumbbells instead of 2kg!! I'm cooked!! Edit-Not anymore haha!! I've been working out for a month now, and my arms have gotten significantly stronger, I was dying a week ago when I did this, now it's easy!! Consistency is the key guys!!
