    I can see it now... years from now Stu and Adrian will have a steel trawler fleet and will take over the oceans. We will all be barefoot and drinking Aussie beer. This is an acceptable fate.

      @@DangarMarine Adrian is obviously a great friend (and a big teddy bear, the mullet and tattoos notwithstanding). He reminds me of my oldest friend, who died last Christmas of complications of Covid.

    thats nice looking boat Adrian has got himself, great deck space love the wide beam,top of my wishlist would be a hydraulic extendable crane like a hi - ab one that can swing 180 degrees and a cable winch attachment , looking forwards to seeing it progress in the up coming vidoes

    Really looking forward to your planned approach with the new boat. I think it is more relatable to us “mere mortal” boat owners that don’t have the time or funds for our boat to be out of action for long periods of time to complete major repairs. Loving your channel!

    Hi Stu, Great to see you back and the band was awesome for the homecoming. Adrian looks super happy with his boat and the access to the engine bay is cool with ladder to boot. The mobile repair boat is a cool idea. Adrian part of that plan I assume. My channel is doing very well now compared to when I started it in 2016 mainly due to your videos inspiration. And now get comments everyday now. It took along time to get any. haha

    The pilot boat in the background in the harbour was sold on pickles auctions a few months back, Twin Series 60’s in that monster ,built like a tank

    I've swapped out my house batteries (4x6v 22kg=88kg) and my century (4x12v 18kg =72kg) cranking batteries for 4x lithiumax cranking batteries with amp hours for house batteries. Its working very well. No need for so many batteries and easy to charge. Much lighter. Just a thought to consider.

    You guys went past my old workshop at Birko, still not sure if it's good or bad memories, nah, all good, except for that time I ended up in Balmain Hospital after rolling on an aft springer line in the dark and almost broke my leg when I got stuck between the floating concrete wharf and the barge board, yeh, nothing better than just mucking about in boats:) Great show thanks guys.

    Wow, I was happy to see Eddie, I’ve wanted to ask but, just in case it was bad, I didn’t want to hurt your feelings. He looks okay, a bath and a haircut and he’s golden! Adrian’s trawler looks pretty sweet though, so much space, it will be interesting to see what you two do!

    Yeah helped a friend move his 32' cabin cruiser from up island to Victoria. Just nuts! The mechanical was mostly ok but sea tides and navigation was iffy. Thank god for GPS

    Hi Stu, unreal u and Renko are home safe. Great vlog mate u had me laughing at ur crappy jokes. I was waiting for u to get Adrian into the little trawler club, quite a nice boat too. Adrian ur an amazing mechanic well done getting her going and cruising back home an welcome to the trawler club. Super cool reception that was lovely. Hope Daisy an Daffy didn't miss u too much.
