Wow, I got some frustrating experience with Priest Mind Controlling my best minion, but nothing like the MCT grabbing the Sunwalker. God of RNG were not in your favor TT
literally every mind control tech i've had used against me has stolen my best minion, and at least 60% of mine have done the same. mct seems rigged sometimes lol.
Maybe it's actually set up to have a higher chance to control stronger cards? Not likely but possible...
In my opinion it has a higher chance to take strong minions instead of like 1/1's.
When played against me, it always takes like my sunwalker instead of the 3 other 1/1's
Keep in mind that mct steals are a lot more memorable when they take the best minion, causing it to seem as if those occurrences are prevalent.

Trump has almost as much luck as I have with RNG cards in game 2. And I laughed so hard when I saw Trump's face after his Mad Bomber hit his health 3 times even though there were 6 targets in the last game :D

Not really.. the real issue is playing around mind control tech, which imo is a broken feature in this game. That game was beyond over for that pally, and then he grabs the one card that would win him the game.
argottobob It's rng, every so often a game is going to swing massively for and against you. In cards games you just have to deal with it. Does suck when it randomly goes against you though.
I don't even know. Harder to play around MCT since it isn't a class card like flamestrike, but I agree it is not broken.

He played 4 minions so he had a chance of getting Mind Control Tech and losing one. If you have an empty board, not a bad idea to stay at three just in case.

That second game is almost every game I have that involves mind control tech. Whenever I save the card and wait for a Paladin or whoever to get four guys it always steals the 1/1 or somebody stupid like a violet teacher's student, but when the opponent uses it on me, they often get my best guy. I can't believe how many games I've lost because of MCT. You can't play around the card much either, since you're wasting mana and for all you know, the opponent doesn't even have it and instead plays something big that the extra guy you could have spawned could have handled.
Eh you can play around it most times. If you have 3 minions on the board, you can often trade 1 or 2 away and replace them. Or you have spells to kill their big minion outright or trade a minion and a spell for their big creature. I am seeing a lot of MCT in arena lately and I usually play around it unless I play as a shaman and totems
How has your game success been with that playstyle? I never play around MCT and I usually go around 7-8 wins in arena, but if the opponent plays it, I usually lose.
I can't remember if I was the one at 44:30 or not... Bummer.
Why you don't get circle of healing? That's like flamestrike for 4 mana, if you have soulpriest, MUCH better than holy nova!!!

From what I gathered it´s an insider joke that originated in a match another streamer (called Kripparian or nl_kripp) played. The opponent was called Dennis and played very badly (e.g. Smiting to the face)

Zirhax Maybe he was thinking of Divine spirit? It'd cost 11 mana to do that, but yes I suppose you could have a 40/40. It would presumably then be removed because nobody wants to deal with that.

if you don't pay to purchase the best constructed decks your screwed, because they don't give free to play accounts the same selection in arena the pay to players get!
I never get 3 savana highmanes when I'm the hunter in arena deck construction, I almost never see a legendary! it's total bull shit when you go against people who pay to win!
thus the whole problem with the pay to win in the free to play genre. it creates imbalance issues that never get resolved.
