I have to say it's the same for me. Sometimes I'm like, "God, I can't handle this child right now. You better help me or I'll lose it." 😂
Hormones are the worst for adhd😢 especially when meds are the first reccomendation and we are pregnant or breastfeeding so thats just not an option.

I need to do a deep dive into how hormones affect women and especially women on the spectrum. Anything else on this that you can share from your experience helps!
