Title : don't buy moza gear before you watch this.
Minute 1 : I love moza products.
That’s because he gets most of his MOZA products for free. He is collaborating with them.
This is not to put down what Kireth is doing by any means.
Let’s just be honest: you don’t see a single Simagic wheel in his videos do you?
Are Simagic brave enough to send us a wheel for free?
@@KirethThey wouldn’t need to because they are confident enough with their own product line. There are also plenty of reviews out there. Also they know you’re collaborating with MOZA so why would they?
Quite frankly: the quality of their products speak for themselves and they continually support each and every one of them.
Lol, that title ..It's either designed to pull in haters of moza and trick them or Moza Lovers with pitchforks out...
@@antjones2281 I don't understand hating a brand's product because of loyalty to another. Just buy whatever you like without limiting your own choices. I like R21 more than Alpha because of its similar performance with a better price. But I also like p1000i more than CRP because CRP feels like CRaP to me. So I have a R21 with a p1000i.
Ive gone from R5 bundle to R12 and KS wheel. Ive been happy with it all. I live by a MicroCenter. No brainer for me. The early cons have become pros, in the sense of ecosystem, availability and options.
KS is a great workhorse!
All these wheels and dds, and I have exactly zero. One day, I'll be able to join the gang.
Focus on Console so we can purchase Moza and that we can map buttons etc
That would be the best thing a Compatible Playstation wheel setup
Console compatibility moza probably has to re-release wheels since the chip for xbox to recognize the wheel is in the wheel itself, for button mapping thats on microsoft
But there are already plenty of options for console and most sim drivers use pc so why would they bother?
@@zboyce4not as many as you think. And a decent PC rig is very expensive. My question is why wouldn’t they target a bigger demographic, supply to a wider customer base.
The thing is it can be done. When I had a Logitech G923 I could map all the buttons when in ACC from an Xbox series X. So naturally through progression with the wheel, you would want to upgrade. Paying the same price for tech that can’t be used to its full potential is a bitter pill console users have to swallow at the moment.
On the whole decent 5th gen consoles are more affordable than a high end PC. Why make a product that only part functions.
I’m (like many others) am in hope, and we have been fed the same waffle from the previous Fanatec owners for years that it’s coming soon.
Now that Corsair have control I’m hoping it’s a reset and eventually things will happen.
@ funny how that’s still an argument. I have a pc I can’t afford a ps5 or new Xbox. You can get a good running pc for far cheaper than a ps5 esp if you hit the used market and get parts by themself. Everyone thinks you need a nasa pc to play games you can buy a pre built dell and smack an rx 580 in it and bam sim rig for under 200. Not to mention games on console are so inferior compared to pc and that’s before you factor in mods.
Learned nothing except links to referral commissions. Why should I stop? Clickbait title to promote moza....
Are they going to have compatibility with a PS5 ?
Loving my R5 and SRP pedals, but please Moza, PS5 compatability is a must, can you come up with an answer.
adapter bro!
Worth mentioning if you play using VR so the looks are always secondary to feel.
Would love see their wheels work on PS5.
I use Moza on PS5
@@AdrenaLukeYT not without a third party adapter you’re not
@@KronosX3T And the problem with that is where?
That's another reason why I have a series X rubbing is racing
@@kontonameplug and play? Easy button mapping? %100 compatibility?
Regarding the switching or upgrading of the wheel rim, it's actually easier to take the 3 screws off of a fanatec universal hub. The screws are facing the driver in the middle of the rim.
The fanatec hub is like twice the price of the Moza wheel tho - but yes good point!
What are the PROS and CONS of Moza in your experience? 👇👇
Pros
- great price for quality
- great eco system
- cheap official mods for wheels
- good value quality handbrake and sq shifter
- good software
- consistent improvements in FFB
- no snake adverts
- everything just works
- bringing quality to low and mid end
Cons
- no PlayStation compatibility at all
- no Xbox compatibility above R5
- FFB algorithm or motor needs some work compared to Logitech, SimMagic and Fanatec (they only are neck and neck from R16)
- higher quality high end accessories and pedals
- more official faceplates for KS wheel
- cheap and plastics looking wheels
Another informative video Kireth / Sam. With the launch of the ESX wheel for Xbox I’d love to see you create a video explaining what Moza bases can be used with it on console
Just started with the moza ecosystem so far I am satisfied in their product. Nevertheless still some games that need a tweak to make it work properly fortunately for me spending more time in trucks the wheelbase is fully supported. Hopefully moza will release their multi-function stalk soon and I would like to see the a round dash/tachometer since they have already release the vision gs.
Hori are working on a truck wheel as well, so it will be interesting to see what comes of it
moza is great! love that we have one more company on the market! that thinks out of the box and are fast to release new stuff. one thing i want to see on the Moza wheels are more premium feeling like a new Rally steeringwheel good alcantara.
Yes would love a rally wheel!
While the ads play, I came to comment:Click Bait…
That is all! I’m not even watching the video.
Just bought their standalone Xbox esx wheel for the my MOZA r5 bundle I got years ago, so excited to finally use my r5 on Xbox
I said this is one of your other videos I would like them to make Haptic, add-ons or haptic accessories for all of their pedals like SRP and SRP light ect even things like a butt kicker that all worked through the pit house software. It would be so nice to have one piece of software that ran everything.
Damn i wanted to hear about the R12 new FBB feel :( heard it completely
Changed the feel of the wheelbases for the betttee
Moza also has a flight stick with ffb about to be released
Great video.....have you used the Moza R3 on Forza Motorsport? If so, it is worth upgrading from a logitech G920 to play Forza?
I have and it's definatly an upgrade. I still prefer forza on controller though
Hi Pal bit late but do tou have an affiliated discount code for Moza at the top says like moza use my discount but there isnt one. Cheers
The Vision GS is not a formula wheel. Its a Gt wheel and most real life gt wheels are 310mm. Also the price here in Europe is 750 euro's so my guess is 700 ish $?
Similar form factor to the AMG ONE wheel!
@@Kireth Yup but also the AMG gt3 has a 310mm wheel.
I say if you want to race without a rig buy a cheap logitech and clamp it on the table this isn't made for racing on the carpet no one will pay that and clamp it to a table
Why isn't anyone talking about the elephant in the room... how this compares to SIMAGIC? The GT Neo literally runs circles around the KS and even the more expensive GS. Compatibility solution is also significantly cheaper and more refined. Quality? Performance? Again similar result. Wonder why he mostly just compares against Fanatec and proclaims moza to be the best.
Not me ordering R12 right before watching this 🤡🤡
Have you tried moza on gt7 with a drive hub?
Nope
@Kireth if moza had ps5 support I'd seriously consider moza.
Is this Moza r21 wheelbase a good replacement over fanatec podium dd1?
Next video: “BUY all MOZA wheels NOW !!”
I don't know, man... With all this talk of screaming wheels and buttons, I don't know if I want to buy any of these. - I like my wheels to be quiet.
hey if your done with the moza fsr i want it c:
Ask Sam he got a bargain 😅😅😅
@@Kireth Tell Sam for me please i want a bargain on his bargain
Does moza still have that weird oscillation in the ffb when going down straights?
Not on my R16 - perhaps the new FFB update will help with it. Moza wheels can get lighter on the straights compared to Cammus or Logitech
only if the game doesnt auto config
❤❤❤great video
Moza have been hinting at PS5 compatibility being just around the corner for years and still nothing. Maybe they just buy Fanatec...
Will they ever make a turn signal monut for the base?
Yes Moza launched it today
Moza is not only about simracing they create a smtn new in flying sims i quess first i ever saw force feedback flight stick
Spent £1500 on Moza gear and can only get it working properly in of my games so far ACC none of my rally games can I get to work after two solid days of reading and trying things out I've either got no controls or controls with no ffb . I'm starting to regret buying into Moza.
@@spags8294 pc or console?
There’s a USB adapter that allows compatibility with PS. Anyone here tried it? Is it laggy or buggy?
You tried to use load cell pedals on carpet? 😂 That ain’t going to work 😅
Bro just two mad lads here
The FSR dashes are complete junk and they don’t do anything to upgrade or update them. Most of the telemetry data doesn’t work properly for most of the sim racing games: only the basic info like rpm, speed and shifting works. There is no telemetry for the wheel buttons either. Lack luster and poor support period - for what used to be their so called most expensive and best wheel.
Never will buy MOZA ever again
You dont even have to 3D print it u could do it even with a laser cutter cause obvisusly there is clearly more people with lasercutters tha 3D printers at Home :D
Typing this comment on a laser cutter
A lot of the Moza wheels look a little cheap and plasticy (is plasticy a real word?), I don't think they're for me, Keith. I'll stick with my Fanatec CSL.
100% - we've directly compared a Fanatec BMW wheel with a more plasticy Moza wheel
Agreed, despise them bringing a lot of features to low end wheels. Does not help the fact that their wheels look cheap and not sleak.
Even their expensive wheels do.
In contrast to their budget handbrake and SQ shifter, which are great price, with great quality and features.
Vision gs is overpriced
No. Look at similar prices wheels from fanatec, they offer worse features and tech.
my new srp pedals broke only after 1 month of use so yea thats my experience and nobody can fix them so i have to buy aliexpress pedals
Damn where did they break?
@@Kireth the usb part on the break i tried contacting moza about if i can buy a break usb port so i can replace it but they dont do that sadly
View farming ahh TH-cam title
moza is hit and miss. half the time you will get a faulty product.
I love Moza!
