Note for potential buyers, especially if you're on the second hand market. V2 is an important notation on the products. R9, R16 and R21 all have V1 variants (look at the arrows on the QR neck, 3 arrows pointing right). The R9 also has a V2 version that has the same markings as the R5 and R12. V1 wheels will work on V2 wheelbases but V2 wheels will not work with V1 wheelbases. Match up the versions and you're good
The moza quick release mechanism is also compatible with the common WorksBell, and NRG quick releases (remove the contacts to prevent wear on your wheelbase). great for people building a sim rig that can easily use the same wheel from their road/drift car.
I really enjoyed your videos, I searched in the internet moza and fanatec ecosystem explained and your videos pop up, and I'm done, you tyold me everything I needed also almos die laughing with the wrist jokes! XD, new suscriber! btw, I'm from Venezuela!
Bought the R5 Bundle, with pedal upgrades, shifter and hand break, got everything except the bundle, they're out of stock, no shipment till Oct 10. Keep that in mind, they go fast!!!!
I just wish they had a more flexible bundle builder, like Fanatec. So we can buy the R5 at a discounted price when equiped with wheel, pedals and clamp.
I bought a CSL DD not too long ago. Considered moza. I know the problems that people had with the fanatec base and i already had some isseus. The thing that made me go csl is the second hand market. I only bought the base and diyed a boost pack for cheap. Got 2 rims second hand for a decent price. The moza stuff is just not available second had yet. And the wheel rims are beyond my budget. Still thinking of getting a moza handbrake however. That just looks great and is not to expensive.
for my country if you wanna buy a dd wheel, moza racing is the realistic option becasue they sell their wheel locally, while the competitors like fanatec dont, so you need to import it and the cost to import it is a lot. and for thrustmaster who even though sell their wheel locally but they dont sell their dd wheel in my country and again you need to import it. im from indonesia
Watching from the US 🥳 I just bought the Moza R9 along with the standard CRP Pedals with their upgrade kit and the CS V2P wheel. I'm looking forward for it to ship out!! I'm also looking to buy the KS Formula wheel, but I have to save up a little more. Great video 👍
Thank you for the explanation. I’m Israel moza is the only option for mid-high end gear I bought the r9 from official reseller for 650 dollars! In Israel you have to pay a lot of tax
Nice! Would love to visit myself :) If you do pull the trigger on a Moza wheel, feel free to use my affiliate link as it helps me out at no extra cost to you 👍
Hello! Are MOZA pedals compatible with conversion software (like VJOY) that will allow their use in Microsoft Flight Sim 2020? Thank you! Great reviews BTW!
Canada! Currently, I'm working on a fully DIY steering wheel for myself. And yes, that includes the entire base with force feedback. Theoretically, it has a nearly unlimited steering angle, because the rotation is handled by 3 analog magnetic sensors, and all the connections go through 1 I2C bus which runs through a slip ring. When the build is finished, I might make a video on it!
I got an r5 bundle plus the brake n clutch upgrades and a logitech playseat on marketplace for $700. j ordered the shifter, round wheel, hand brake n the screen xd I love moza compatibility
Moza non lite Srp load cell pedals are currently $160 ish. That upgrade to usa would be 80 load cell + break upgrade $30... $110 would I not just be better off with the moza stuff?
The extension rod isn't for realism lmao, it's to get the base out of the way of the screen to line up better with the wheel on some setups, essentially removing an advantage of a cammus
A beginner here and I might be a bit late, but does the R5 bundle work with Steam version of Forza Horizon 4? I've read around and about it having problems being registered by the game or even the PC. Might be very much rare problems with a handful of people, but knowing these problems exist - it makes me second-guess at my choice of spending 500 euros on the bundle.
the srp clutch isn’t compatible with the srp pedals it says on their website idk if they’re bugging and wrong about their own product or if i should actually get it or not
I want to get into sim racing but afraid of spending any money since I don't know anything about how to drive well like what the handbrake is used for or what the point of shifting gears in racing and yea I don't know anything is there a videos but noober noobs?
I'm USA and didn't bother with Moza as I use both PC and Xbox and Fanatec is still the only one who does both out of the box (when you buy it that way, you need to get an Xbox compatible wheel, easy to do as it's clearly stated which ones do it). Moza was going to be my choice, but it's simply not what I need atm. If you only go PC, you could do worse. Great roundup Oscar, I like your style!

Yes

V1 wheels do work on V2 R9, I have a V1 CS wheel that works with my R9 V2

Do you have to buy the quick release separately or does it come with the wheel bases
@@Artistic_shorts the moza wheelbase has the male half already built in.
This video could not have come out at a better time. Was thinking about buying Moza products next week!
You definitely should. I have the ks wheel, gs v2, rs v2, and the fsr but the ks has been my go to.
