    In case you perform these steps, it will help manage hair fall, similar to it helped me. Keep your scalp clean by washing it often. Use a soft shampoo. Make certain to get sufficient sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times per week with litttllextra ccoconinon shampoo. Apply some oil to your scalp 2-3 times each week. After cleansing your hair, lightly pat it dry with a soft towel.

      Upon trying this cooconiooon hair shampoo, my hair feels silky and it has less hair fall. The only con I found is that very less foaming, though it may be due to the use of natural ingredients in the shampoo.

      i feel that on a personal level, i’m 19 years old with both sides of my family with unlucky genes for hair. literally all of my dad’s side are bald and my mom’s brothers are all bald as well, so i don’t see this going any other way than being bald later in my life, but just cause it’s hereditary doesn’t mean i can’t prevent it early. definitely coming back in a few years to drop an update with results and where the process of my hair stands.

    Thank you for the information. It was very helpful. I have two questions regarding DHT and DHT blockers. When you use a DHT blocker, does it break up the DHT already produced and starving the hair follicle? Also, is there a point where DHT blockers will not be enough to help the hair from DHT, or will you be able to keep and regrow your hair as long as you keep taking them?

  • @MM12331
    @MM12331 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    You can drink baking soda water and take tree resin supplements such as boswellia, myrrh or mastic. You can also use bark supplements such as oak or cats claw. It will bind to excess byproducts such as bile or hormones even and carry them out. You will feel 20 years younger. PH stabilization is essential, do not leave out the baking soda.

    i have a bad diet i know. i basically eat chicken mince, rice, pasta fish and i take no multivitamins, my hair has been thinning for years on the sides front (near the temples) all the rest of my hair is good. and finally of course now most of it in those areas does not grow because the follicles are closed for business. i have no doubt i have a DHT problem, my follicles thinned, so the hair growth thinned, until the follicles closed and no more growth. But I also have a nutrition problem. I am using DHT blocker shampoo and its worked well my hair is good enough to cover the two sides to the front which are missing hair...and just a half inch beyond the front scalp its still thick. but ive noticed the top thinning because like an idiot i stopped using the shampoo regularly...and so my follicles in top have been thinning. good news for me is all the hair is still intact on the top, it hasnt reached the fall out stage or the closed follicle stage. now getting back on top of my hair loss, i plan to continue the ketaconazole 2% shampoo twice a week, AND take a multi vitamin supplement to get the things i need to grow good hair once the DHT is stopped. THings such as vitamin C to help my body absorb more iron. Zinc, vit a, d and E, omega 3 fatty acids and magnesium of course. I eat a lot of protein but learned from this video my video just like iron might not be absorbing enough because i dont take other minerals to help. so my approach is a kitchen sink. return to regular shampoo + conditioner, stop the DHT shrinking the follicles and then thick those follicles and hair growth with proper nutrition and supplements, i.e. minerals and vitamins. you could learn alot from my rant folks. dont let up on the topical application of a DHT blocker and make sure you're getting the necessary minerals and vitamins. you can get all the iron and protein in the world, without magnesium and vitamin C, your body will piss it out.

      The medical field has known it’s due to DHT for a long time now.
      Now that doesn’t mean other factors aren’t contributing to your hair loss also BUT DHT is the main killer of hair.

      For the magnesium, the Mag Advocacy Group recommends 5mg per every pound of body weight.
      With both the saw palmetto and pygeum, it depends on the brand you buy.
      All bottles should have a recommended dosage on them, this is usually the best amount to take.
      If you are concerned at all still, it would be a good idea to consult a health care professional.

Some people regrow hair just by consuming certain nutrients, some by infrared light, etc. Gotta experiment and hopefully find what works for you. Gotta consider not only nutrition but gut health because maybe you're getting magnesium but not absorbing it? Or maybe its vit D3, or perhaps something entirely different such as exposure to endocrine disrupters which will stifle hair growth.

      Hello. I can say minoxidil does work. Also, we as women benefit from a high protein diet. Watch your stress levels. If you happen to take birth control make sure it's a low androgen type. Get a natural bristle brush. Massage you head gently everyday. A dermatologist may be able to do a test to check for dht or a regular physician. My hair has been thinning since my early thirties and I am now in my 50's. The only times the thinning stopped and there was hair growth was while using minoxidil, certain type of birth control pills , or pregnancy. While pregnant or on some birth control our bodies have a hormonal balance. Balance is key. Minoxidil seems to put you in hair growth stage, so you will notice periods of thinning then regrowth, thinning then regrowth. That's my experience

    working out sped up the the process of my hairloss

    • @TheFelipe10848
      @TheFelipe10848 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      What kind of training are you doing? Did you bulk up and gain a significant amount of weight? To be honest, I think bulking really degraded my hair health, and if you have bulked for a long time and postpone a cut like I did, I think that may cause problems with your hair. It's inflammatory and insulin resistance is decreased, this combined with slight DHT increase from lifting and less energy reaching the follicles because of less receptivity towards glucose can cause the follicles to degrade imo.

    • @HaikesXO
      @HaikesXO 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheFelipe10848 yep heavy lifting and bulking. When I noticed it. Honestly stopped working out and seems my hair has come back more. Other people have even told me. Idk I think I’ll take the hair lol

    • @TheFelipe10848
      @TheFelipe10848 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HaikesXO Working out is a good habit, imo think you should lift and ditch the bulking lol, this way you can improve overall insulin sensitivity beyond your sedentary levels actually and I think maybe improve your hair growth since your cells become more receptive to glucose, which means more energy to the hair follicles. I honestly believe this is a huge overlooked factor of hairloss. This is very important to note, since diabetes is heavily correlated with hairloss. DHT alone normally takes many years to deteriorate hair health from what I noticed. In fact, early balding might not have been that common back in the day (evidence suggests it was even more of a taboo). You can bet people had higher testosterone and therefore DHT, but something happened. This suggests balding might be more correlated with modern habits, and the biggest one that I can think of is shitty diet. And when we try to bulk and gain as much muscle as possible (I don't know if that was your case) we end up gaining more fat than we think or would like to believe. Funnily enough, depending on how much weight you gained (in terms of fat), your androgens probably reduced, shouldn't this be good for your hair? Anyway, take care of your health and good luck with your hair

      I am using "Magnesium Oil with Aloe Vera" (spray bottle) by Seven Minerals. I like it because it's pure: It's just magnesium chloride, purified water, and organic cold pressed aloe vera and that's it. No junky chemicals. Aloe vera is great for hair and scalp, too. I have been spraying it on my scalp in the problem areas and massaging it in. Leave it in for at least 20 minutes, although you can leave it in over night. It's too soon to know if it's having any effect, but I'm giving it a serious try - and I kind of like the way it makes my hair look and feel. Wash it off with distilled water so you don't get the calcium and junk from tap water back on your scalp. I have been taking saw palmetto capsules (2, 3x/day) along with stinging nettle, tocotrienol vitamin E, and a few other things. I'm also drinking lots of green juice like wheat grass juice and such, and eating only foods that are highly nutritious.

      Great Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about - Lammywalness Hi Hair Guide (search on google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for learning how to reverse hair loss minus the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cousin finally got excellent results with it.

    In case folks don't already know, DHT has the reverse effect on beards. Conundrum u say? Yes, it is, but also, there is an actual gene that causes baldness so if u have too much DHT plus that gene, u are SOL however, conversely, u most likely have a great beard. If u have a lot of DHT but don't have the gene, u will have a full head of hair and full, dense beard.
    That said, the things this vid is pointing out won't save your hair if u have the double whammy but depending on whether u care for a full beard or not, u will may or may not to avoid a couple suggestions.
    Personally, at 47, I still have all my hair but do have ebbs and flows with slight hair thinning and loss that's seeminlgy dependent on my diet and supplementation but maybe some DHT increases due to getting ky full beard to grow in. My beard has come a loooonnnggg way since researching and implementing a LOT of things in what I eat, supplement and apply to my beard area. Started about 5 yrs ago and to this day I still see new beard growth.
    Anyway, do your research regard head hair and beard hair because of the fact that the same exact thing, DHT, works opposite for each, and balance is key unless your full blown or mostly bald. That baldness gene, as far as is known, is irreversible.

      What if you have the gene but small amount of DHT? I know for a fact if your diet is good, exercise regularly, take your vitamins, massage your scalp daily, and just take care of your hair you can beat the bad gene. This is fact. Problem is most people don't know this and they just accept it.

      @@DylanGames1000 Idk if I ever caught info about just having the gene but just a lil bit of DHT then doing the other things to fight it but if that's the case, do what u gotta. I'm on the side of fighting bad genes any which way possible. Lol. I thought I had bad beard genes but, you've read, I have beaten it. I don't think I mentioned it but my dad is the opposite. Started going bald in his early 20s but was able to grow a full, dense beard at the same time. My beard is not on par with his but I got him beat in the mustache dept. Ha.

      @@TreyIM22 I have no idea if I have either!!! I am just now 21 and I still got hair. In fact im actually growing it out. No signs of balding yet. However I can grow a beard no problem! The issue with my beard is that it grows pretty good under my chin on my neck. But my beard is pretty thin on my cheek area. Like my beard looks decent if you're looking at me from the front. However in my opinion it just looks bad from the sides due to the sides being I want to say patchy but thin. Hair on my head hasn't had any issues yet however. I will point out this. My dad is not bald. But he has a receding hair line and his hair thin. But he obviously has hair. My mothers father whom I never met because he passed away before I was born, had thick thick hair. BUT had a MAD receding hairline. However still, on my dads side of the family my fathers father aka my grandpa has had a FULL head of hair his entire life. He didn't begin thinning until his 70s. Which im assuming happens to every man almost by that point. My uncle(my dads younger brother) he is currently 47 years old. Yet he has a FULL head of hair as well. I am turning 21 in a month. I have not shown any signs of hair loss yet. I might be wrong. If I am, correct me. But I believe given my uncle and grandpa and my dad and my dead grandpa I have a 50/50 chance of inheritance of the balding gene. However my TWIN sister is not balding she has been shedding some hairs in recent years. Although she isn't balding. I however haven't lost any hair YET. So MAYBE she was the one to inherit the gene 🤣🤣 Regardless if I did or not. I make sure I am trying my best to curb the gene by constant vitamins, exercise, etc. Just taking care of health and my hair. Only time will tell. Worst case scenario i will pay for a transplant. Some dudes can pull off the bald look. I have used a filter on snapchat to see what I look like if I were bald. I assure you that I do NOT pull of the bald look. My hair is literally the only thing I have that I love anymore in life at this point. Lol

      Thomas saying rubbing magnesium on your head was in a joking manner although our MagSRT would be helpful. I listed the link below for you. Have a great day!

    Apart from these, you must get enough sleep, stay away from chemical products, detox your body, customized diet ( more veggies and fruit, less meat ) clean water, yoga and meditation, be around with good people, celibacy, prayers, gratitude, say completely no to bad habits & stress management plays huge role.
