Considering every other gang is composed of members that outnumber the Dutch Van Der Linde gang by 1000:1. It's a good think Arthur maintains that 1000 K/D.
Considering the story of Arthur is that he had been with Dutch's gang for 20 years prior to the game taking place, I'd say that Arthur's likely got at least double that number under his belt in total. Seems like the killing only accelerated as the story went on, so the earlier days most likely were a lot less hectic as the gang took smaller jobs in less populated places. I would definitely say that Arthur Morgan is an anti hero because he wants to protect the gang from danger while trying to navigate a society filled with corruption including Dutch's reckless behavior, but has to do some bad things. Also what I like about Arthur Morgan is he later redeems himself to help people when they face struggles, be compassionate for people who have hard times, and many others. I like to make Arthur Morgan help people when they face danger, donate money to poor, donate to the camp, and help the gang with item request as a way to maintain high honor when Arthur Morgan makes a mistake. Also what I like about Arthur Morgan is that he is remorseful when Hosea, Lenny, and Sean died.
I never once could ever seriously get myself to go on a low honor run, even when I started a new game, with fully intending to do low honor, I gave up, on the very, very first moral choice, whether or not to kill that O'driscoll in the barn. I couldn’t bring myself to do it.
The thing that gets me the most is that there could have actually been a real life Arthur Morgan type of guy that was the best gunslinger, hunted the craziest and biggest game, fought battles with indians and government officers and won but died without ever making himself known or any proof of himself in history we'll never know the stories of what happened to all those people back in these times who never cared to document their lives.
I liked the scene where we moved from the second camp to the third because they would come back with 50 men, that is what arthur morgan kills in a day.
I spare the train men. Reason being is Arthur doesn't kill unless he has to, and seeing they are disarmed, you can let them go. If you check a newspaper clipping for Leviticus Cornwall, you'll find they couldn't describe the face at all. The reason I said he kills the two in the first mission is because they're O'Driscolls, they don't wanna redeem, they wanna double down.
The drowning of Bronte and the gangs reaction to it always annoyed me. The sheer amount of lawmen the gang has killed, the families they destroyed with each "honorable" kill they performed while doing various crimes. The entire gang is evil when it comes down to it, a bunch of hypocritical murderers
i dont think arthur wouldve killed those three workers at the first train heist - Arthur had always been about helping people and not killing when not necessary and those kills are unnecessary especially since they dont relate much to blackwater heist (yoy can find out a bit of what happened in the epilogue through newspapers)
Arthur probably spread his TB to every single NPC in the game. He. Oils have certainly given it to the gang after they tended to kids wounds after the kidnapping or him using the communal plates & silverware. He was patient zero
I always thought it was weird he didn't spread it to at least one person. Guy was coughing up a lung near the gang somewhat frequently, especially near the end
I feel like all or most the kill or spare decisions up until like chapter 3 or 4 should be kill then after that it would be spare, smth like that to echo the chamge in arthur
Arthur doesn’t need to kill the lawman at the camp with Sean. I’ve never killed them. I can’t before I cut down and then leave before they even show up.
Yeah the classic video game trope of being Genghis Khan and killing the population of a small country in a few dozen hours. Nathan Drake in Uncharted kills somewhere near a thousand people through the series. Soap and Gaz (in the original trilogy) kill a few hundred minimum. John Marston is probably damn close to Arthur by his death. Geralt probably has damn near 2 thousand canonically.
Should Red Dead Redemption 3 follow Jack, young Dutch, or someone else?
Jack would be awesome I don't even care if it's the end of the wild West the place there could still be a thing.
It should follow someone else tbh. Like maybe someone not affiliated with the gang at all.

Also what I like about Arthur Morgan is that he is remorseful when Hosea, Lenny, and Sean died.
bro bro be killing everybody in each citys and wants redemption 😭
Hes one of rhe few outlaws that alot of people on the same level as other gang leaders so that says something
Honestly, I'm hesitant to count animals, I don't know of those would count. Amazong video though!
They don't if so my real life body count is in the thousands.
Gotta flex on The Pinkertons with my Black and Gold somehow, Dutch
I never spared the dogs that hunted me with those bounty hunters.
The jokes are just insanely good, the one with the brains of John Marston is just a golden one, I wish stuff like borderlands had that...
Arthur had mad jokes throughout lol
@@KingDeschain Can you please make a video about that bro? You are such a cool guy, would love to see, people would appreciate it.
I’m glad arthur didn’t catch a lumago if he did he wouldn’t even continue half of the game
For the first chapter, Arthur would definitely kill both of them, because he's not one to allow loose ends.
"You are a good man, Arthur"
The drowning of Bronte and the gangs reaction to it always annoyed me. The sheer amount of lawmen the gang has killed, the families they destroyed with each "honorable" kill they performed while doing various crimes. The entire gang is evil when it comes down to it, a bunch of hypocritical murderers
Arthur Morgan has more kills than all gta 5 protagonists combined
*To put it simpley Arthur was Dutch's Beta like Beta was for Alpha in The Walking Dead...😂🔥*
Arthur is the John Wick of the RDR universe
Keanu Reeves as Arthur Morgan when
Imagine if the conductor had a 18 hour shift with minimum wage 😂😂😂😂😂
"They pull up FLY AS FUCK" yes, yes indeed
You're a good man Arthur Morgan
0:01 "I got some jellybeans... Yah like jellybeans"
i dont think arthur wouldve killed those three workers at the first train heist - Arthur had always been about helping people and not killing when not necessary and those kills are unnecessary especially since they dont relate much to blackwater heist (yoy can find out a bit of what happened in the epilogue through newspapers)
The man that you beat up for Rev Swanson is not dead, you can confirm this by aiming at him the crosshairs turn red
That damn dramatic rancher I swear
In my play through the conductor in the first train robbery got thrown off a gorge 😂
Arthur is a marksman with his revolver bruh 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Arthur kills more men single-handedly than a lot of entire militaries
This is basically just a recap of the whole story with a kill counter heh
i dont skip ads so you can get cash love these videos keep it up
He already gets the cash by setting the ads up, you don’t need to watch them.
He's a killer but a good man. In the lore. In game you can be a cold blooded genocidal maniac.
I feel like all or most the kill or spare decisions up until like chapter 3 or 4 should be kill then after that it would be spare, smth like that to echo the chamge in arthur
all those people were full grown adults, living a whole 20+ year life, with friends and family and experiences. lmao
Hey, at least it's better then them being kids.
did you know that a 5000 in the 1899 is now about 125000
Arthur doesn’t need to kill the lawman at the camp with Sean. I’ve never killed them. I can’t before I cut down and then leave before they even show up.
The bar fight with Tommy looks wrong in the day time
The thumbnail makes it sound like he was the worst 😭
Saving Jimmy Brooks is the canon choice you monster
YEAHH! FIRE LADYY!!
47:05 it's not about the money, it's about looking for Micah
Currently living in Amarillo tx. And was not expecting to hear it while watching😂
Kill counts on video games are not something I thought about
I have over 190 kills with my favorite gun alone (the schofield revolver that i "borrowed" from the valentine doctor)
