    Hi,, From last 15 days I m following this yoga,and trust me it works alot my lower tummy is almost flat now although I m not following any diet and eating alot.if I follow with proper diet the results would be gr8 but Still my tummy is flat now feeling more confident now.and will continue and keep myself motivated to do it everyday

    Balanced Diet:
    Day 1- 70 KG ( please start this if you are already familiar with the pose corrections and do's and don'ts.. overall it's a full body practice, enjoyed it will look forward to next 6 days)

    Don't rotate fully do semi circles without touching chin. Rotate from ear to ear only

    Omg it's my first time. At the age of 32 I cannot straight up my foot . Why? If I continuosly do this it will straighten? This is so intensed yoga. I love stretching I will do this every other day 😅😅😅 thank you

    Sorry to all of you but I did it for 10 days daily but it did not work to lose 5kg in 10 days truly not even 1 kg in 10 days, the you say about diet and drinking water then I drink 2.5 ltr in a day and I am on dieting and no junk food avaliable in my town and I don't eat junk food

    Starting weight: 72kg
    Goal weight: 60
    Day 1: Completed (weight: 72kg)
    Day 2: Completed (weight: 73kg)
    Day 3: Completed (Weight: 73kg)
    Day 4: Completed (Weight:73kg)
    Day 5: Completed (weight:73kg)
    Day 6:Completed (Weight:73kg)
    Day:7 Completed (weight:73kg)
    I am happy with my result cause I ate a lot but still didn’t gain any weight. And I felt so good after doing this yoga and I’m gonna be continuing doing it. Thank you a lot ! Is there any diets I need to do while doing this exercise to lose weight?
