Yeah but also I don't have a small slow cooker and this would be way too much for just 2 people plus I don't like to leave eggs sit for very long after I cook them because I'm usually up for an hr or so until I'm ready to eat❕❗

I set it so it would be done by the time I left for work. When i got there I plugged it in on warm and the guys would come and fill a Styrofoam cup (because it would fit in the cupholder of their forklifts) grab s fork and start unloading. I did crockpot breakfast for them daily, Tuesday thru Friday we went in at 330.
Correct Me if I'm wrong . This was 5 hours instead of 4 . 1 hour for the rolls to rise , 4 hours to cook . I'll watch again , but .... Maybe I'll use diced hashbrowns instead of rolls , or if I try this recipe exchange some for others . Long time till you eat with this one . An idea though .

Justine, Im pretty sure you could put those rolls in a greased 9×13, cover and let rise overnight. In the morning, punch down, add your ingredients, bake in the oven and its ready within an hour. Why do you go to extremes to make everything so difficult and time consuming?
I feel like with all the ingredients, if it were prepared another way or even separately, there would be more food....Scramble the eggs with the cooked veggies and ham. Make soft rolls on the side and have with butter and preserves.
