I am a 14 year old boy who has constantly been stressed with sports and 8th grade.I started watching some of your videos and every time i smile. When i look in the mirror i am at peace after eating. After loosing 25 pounds from 12-14 you have helped me take my negative energy to positive energy.I feel better everyday because of you.Thank you.
Bravo! It will be so much of a help to all the students and teachers and every one involved in schools to incorporate some mode of mindfulness and yoga into there everyday school curriculums. It'll solve lots of our situations, at least, it might ease it a bit.
Wow! I've been doing Yoga With Adriene for many years now, and watching this video shows me how much Adriene has matured in her teaching style. I could not keep up the fast pace in this video. Also Adriene seems more relaxed and personal in her sessions then she was seven years ago. Thank you Adriene, for continuing to grow in your understanding of how to teach such a wide audience.
@@mythreelittlebirdiesYes ,things have changed ! She has been totally blessed by our Father to continue her teachings and for us to join her on the journey .
Her teaching has developed beautifully. I love the old videos! Discovering new Adriene classes is such a treat, after all these years.9-years-ago-Adriene has wisdom beyond her years AND is someone you can relate to, from your own youth and inceptions. Adriene has given so much!
Tears just hit my eyes reading comments here. This community is so encouraging and trustful. I am amazed how a channel like this create many connections, relieve the 'strange' in strangers and connect with yoga and especially love. Love you Adriene and love every single one of you lovely souls spreading your love.
I've read a million comments on your videos where people say they cried during the video and I never understood that. BUT when Adriene said, "really ask yourself 'What do I need?" I burst into tears LOL.... life has been hard lately and within all that it can be easy to lose sight of what we really do need. Thanks Adriene for being a teacher, a resource, a friend, and a mirror for all of us to see within ourselves. Namaste.
Another hard hotel floor conducive to slipping and sliding, particularly when moving into and out of Down Dog. But I stuck with it and still found what feels good. Let's finish our last week of 2021 strong everyone! Balance day 26. 448 days in a row.
Some have commented that they don't prefer this format, but I am so thankful for this video. Love the twists and the movement, and it's a sequence I've come back to again and again over the years. Thank you Adriene, for touching so many people with your work and creating a safe space to reconnect with ourselves
What a fast practice! So different from the style Adriene has been guiding us with these last two years. Thanks for making me sweat and providing a challenge!
I agree. I like the quickness and keeping me flowing and the high energy, but it definitely wasn’t like her last two years of mindfulness and calm and chill. I think I need to check out her Reboot or Empower program!
Well, how sweet (and swift!) was this!!! Such a fun glimpse into the "early days" for those of us who have joined since....love the jumbly book case and bright colors, chipping paint etc. Probably a more familiar environment for many of us, and warmed by Adriene's encouraging and enthusiastic guidance, even then. Really enjoyed the promised "yogic kick in the pants", too. Happy holidays in the midst of it all, lovely YWA community. Let's breathe and move together into this challenging new year, ok?
Thank you Adriene. I have been doing your practices for years now, I am 78 years old, I’ve done this practice many times but have had difficulty doing the crow pose. I recently read a book, a character in the book was doing yoga and having trouble with the crow pose. The teacher told her to “commit to it and it will come”. With that in mind, today I did the crow pose, I was able to hold it too. It felt so good. “Commit to it”, is the advise Adriene often gives related to getting on the mat, some times you just need to hear it in a different context. It is good advise for life. Thank you again Adriene.
Balance day 26 - I have not missed even 1 day from Breath in the beginning of the year. This was a great practice after the indulgence of yesterday. To all those who have been on the journey since Breath we are in the home stretch - we got this . Thank you Adriene - Namaste.
Balance December 2021. Swapped this out for Xmas day's practice as I have an eager grandaughter waiting. Wasn't quite expecting this level of effort though so pretty glad I did it before lunch 🤣 Merry Xmas everyone and wishing you all the best for 2022 😍😍
almost skipped on this because i tend to think of lots of sun salutations and warrior poses as "annoying", but i stopped myself right there, ignored the thoughts about how i already showered today and dont want to sweat or how an active practise is "too much" right now. boy, 2014 yoga flows are wild! oh god so fast! nice were getting down to the ground... wait, ab workout? we're getting up AGAIN? you reminded me again today of how to lean in is better than to bend away. trusting that you picked the right practise for this day
Thanks Adriene for all the love you share with us!! Another year together and looking foward to our next treat. Wish all the best and, as you say, "see you on the mat"!!! 💓💞🙏
This is the perfect yoga video for me! Not too challenging or easy. I love Adriene's videos the most out of all of the yoga instructors on TH-cam. For some reason, I always feel really relaxed and stress-free after her videos in particular. Thanks Adriene!
+TheAmeliix It's her high frequency energy of happiness and love.... confidence.... easy going nature... respect for the students and the practice - it rubs off on us :)
I paused the video twice looking for comments that were like "this is too fast" and "this is too hard" to validate stopping my practice. But I saw nothing but encouragement. I almost cried like 4 times and felt like I was falling behind but I decided to just keep going and I feel like I released a lot of emotions. For anyone struggling with this video, I have faith that you chose the right flow today. Keep going even if you are struggling.
I feel great after this practice. But during I found it way to fast, I even adjust the speed limit for a while.. find what feels good. Day 26 Balance. Thank you.
I had a really bad stomach ache after eating dinner and I wanted to find a yoga video to help with upset stomach and digestion. I choose this one and after finishing it I have no more stomach ache and I am feeling rejuvenated and fresh. Highly recommend this practice. I will def be doing it again. Thank you :)
Not what I was expecting at all. I'm dripping with sweat and definitely have a good shake in my muscles. I have the post holiday family blues so this has definitely helped my mood.
I sweat so much doing this! At the end when you said it was an intermediate flow I was like “ah makes sense!” I feel pretty accomplished that I did it all 🥳
It's awesome to see how much YWA has evolved. I love how much you have slowed down in your practice now. I think as a beginner it made me fall in love with yoga. Now, more experienced, I was able to handle this flow, but I still prefer your new style of taking the poses much slower. It is so much more enjoyable and relaxing. :)
I found this video this morning and i am so glad that the Holy spiritual led me here. i have digestive issues and IBS. I was feeling bloated and had that yucky feeling. This yoga for digestive flow was exactly what my body, mind and spirit needed. I was sweating like crazy! My body feels so much better than when i got on the mat earlier. I feel energized and ready to embrace my day ahead. I am also a full-time care to my hubby who has chronic illnesses. Thank you Adrienne!. I will come back to this video and do it again and again. Have a safe and blessed day!❤♥️🙏
Some months ago I tried your 30 days of yoga and gave up on day 2 because my back hurt, I couldn’t get through the entire video and I felt yoga was too hard. Today I am able to get through an entire video doing at least 90% of the poses without quitting or crying. Your videos are awesome for all levels and I am so proud of myself for my progress. I love yoga ❤️
Wow, awesome practice, but it showed how much unstretched I became after few months of a break with yoga. Amd it empowers me to start up again as I already start feeling better. Thank you so much Adrienne❤️❤️❤️
oh i remember this! Wow WONDER what I need and to do now Happy Boxing Day to all 2023 Namaste to all practising and May the flow finds you well and in Wonder
Practicing with the Balance calendar, Dec 2021...wooow! "Baby Adriene", you had me moving today. I will definitely come back to this one!! I committed to yoga practice every day this year starting with Breath journey. Proud to say I have accomplished my intention and will continue to do so in 2022. Really excited about MOVE journey in Jan. Thank you Adrienne. Sincerely. 🥰🤗❤️🇨🇦🙏
Any way to promote this one for the COVID-19 homebound time? There's something about this one for digestion flow that feels right fo rtimes such as these.
Don’t think I have tried this practice before, cause most of them I did by now. Have been doing Yoga with Adriene for more than a year and it changed my life. 😊💙
I've kind of fallen out of my yoga practice recently. I've felt so tired all the time (probably from the cold weather and holiday shopping) and have been resorting to short, slow practices most days, and skipping some days entirely. Today felt very refreshing for some reason so I decided to do whatever was on the calendar, which was this video. Wow, I needed this. I didn't realize how far behind I had fallen in my practice. This woke me up and reminded me why I choose to do yoga, beyond the relaxing sequences. I feel more prepared for the week ahead and for the start of the next 30-day journey than I have in weeks. Thank you, Adriene!
That was challenging for me as well. The crow pose hurt my forearms with me knees when I lean in. Idk if that pose is for me. But I did make it through. 👍🏾
Thank you Adriene. I love you happiness and bright smile. I wish and make a new year resolution to be the happpiest, warmest version of me. I will always keep in mind how Adriene smiles and shows everyone how beautiful things become just by changing our perspectives slightly. You have tought me to relax, see peace, beauty in nature. I am kinder, softer and stronger now. Lots of love to you Adriene and this YWA community.
Adriene, I have been doing this practice once a week since 2014- it is perfect. I still put on the video every time to listen to your voice guide me through it, even though I know it by heart at this point. I love the pace of this practice- it keeps my mind active and never fails to make me feel more limber and better in my body. Thank you!
Wow that was definitely a challenge, but in a good way. I had to pause the video a couple of times to reunite with my breath. But after a while I got into the practice, and really enjoyed it. Thank you Adriene, this was a perfect yoga practice for boxing day, and I definitely feel my digestive system, working a little better after that. See you again tomorrow, Namaste. 🙏🧡💙
Yes, too fast and too hard, but I just started doing my own practise somewhere in the middle, joining back from time to time. And I didn't ever have a thought of turning off the video because I'm just comfortable to do yoga together with Adriene, even though sometimes I find out that the poses or pace she suggests don't really serve me today. Adriene taught me to feel this!
This class was like a shorter version of the live yoga classes I attended pre-covid. While swift vinyasa flows are not my favorite any longer, I know I am doing something really good for my physical being and feel very energized 🧘🏼♀️☮️
Just saying I'm really glad that Adriene do the yoga and the guide at the same time now cause I always kind of hard to catch up with this type of practice video hahah
Thank you for providing me with my morning yoga. I have been having digestive issues and have been meaning to give myself relief in the form of yoga. This was difficult considering I am a beginner but I have watched your other videos and know to bend my knees when needed and not give myself a hard time. I truly appreciate how you teach.
So different from your classes in recent years - much faster so had to keep to my own slower breathing pattern - but I really enjoyed it, especially all the twists. Lovely to have music for a change too. Perfect for a Boxing Day practice! Will return to it.
Wonder day 26. I thought this would be a calm and easy practice 😅. Thanks Adriene and everyone. Have a beautiful and relaxing season of festivities.Namaste🙏
Namaste everyone, I come from Day 6 of Yoga Revolution and just wanted to tell you about a little discovery. My digestion is kind of heavy and I usually help it with a little yoga. In today's practice, I found out how awesome frog's pose is - it was a great (and gassy) relief! I just wanted you to know because it felt so great and it can help someone else as well :) enjoy yourselves!
Would just like to say that this was the first yoga with adriene video I ever tried and I remember thinking - whaaaaat?! But now this is one I regularly come back to. I get really bad digestion pains and if this doesn't help it completely, it at leasts distracts me and takes away the pain for a good 20-something minutes. It is amazing that five months on and this challenging video I had to stop half-way through and take up again the next day is now so comfortable and lovely.
I’ve been doing yoga with Adrian for the past five years. There’s never been a series that I have disliked or been disappointed in. The thing I appreciate most about Adrian is her regular comments about taking things at our own pace and her encouragement to not feel pressure to be at a higher level. She’s always gentle and kind and helps me to be that way with myself. I highly recommend Yoga with Adrian for any level of yoga!!❤️
I really enjoyed this awesome practice, omg I can't believe I have come so far, now I can do it without any troubles. Searching words to describe how I was feeling during this practice (tears in my eyes)
WONDER ❄ | December 26, 2023 | It's been a while since we saw this on the calendar, it's lighter on the digestive poses and heavier on the vinyasas 😉, but it does accomplish its goal of giving us a yogic kick in the pants. Just what I needed after a couple of holiday days of outward energy, to gather that energy back in and get the breath moving! 🙏
After christmas my routine got a bit pushed aside, this felt AMAZING! My hubby got me a new yogamat and I for the first time soared in crow without worrying about slipping! Namaste ❤️
This post is going to be a little bit longer but it's worth reading it. I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since I was 14 (I am 29 now). I never found out what the cause was but finally I think I found. When I was at the local bookstore today I found by coincidence a book about panic attacks. I flipped the book open at a random page and found a line where several causes for panic attacks where listed. Amongst them there was also a syndrome called Roemheld syndrome. It wasn't explained in the book so I looked it up on the internet at home. To make it short: the Roemheld syndrome is essentially caused by trapped gas in digestive tract which causes a pressure on the diaphragm. And this causes symptomes like anxiety, shortage of breath, dizziness, arrhythmia and so on. These were exactly the symtpomes I had. Recommended treatments are fennel or anis tea or to take some medication that reduces the gas in the digestive tract. This was when I noticed that I can go on doing yoga videos for anxiety, fear, depression without getting any improvement. So that was what lead me to this practice. Thank you Adriene, thank you Yoga and thank you community! (I hope this comment gets many likes unlike my other comments.)
Does anyone has any great remedies for bloating and indigestion? I have always thought there was a correlation with trapped gas on my colon and my anxiety. 😧
@@mesmerizefragaria boiled cumin seeds in water is very effective , foot reflexology at the colon points is superb for immediate relief , and not to forget there are many yoga Asanas to help
Thank you Adriene! Your yoga instruction on your TH-cam channel have been such an inspiration to me to be my best. You have helped me focus, helped my asthma, my physical shape, and my mood. I feel great!
Wow! Just completed for the YWA Ground 2020 practice. I've watched Adriene on and off for a few years, but started doing yoga everyday amidst the pandemic and it's amazing to see such a difference in this video compared to her more recent work. This video is too fast and the instruction unclear - I found myself "cranking" into positions to try to keep up and it more difficult to follow my breath. I'd like to do this flow a few more times to get the rhythm of it, but I'm mostly here to say I appreciate how much Adriene has grown as an instructor.
Back to this one on the calendar that I missed last Saturday. Oh my, it was quite a challenge for this senior yogi, so I adjusted to my ability by skipping a lot of the vinyasa flows, allowing me to mindfully make it to the end 😃👍 feeling very energised ! See you tomorrow on the mat Adriene 💕🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏
Digestion is at the corner stone of your health and wellbeing, with your immunity being tightly attached to it. These yoga poses are amazing, thanks for this!
Thank you Adriene! I had a regular 6am at-home practice with you and another on-line Yoga community during the pandemic. In July, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent surgeries and started chemo this week. Today was my return to a "flow practice". I had to modify, but I feel so much better. I'm back to a daily routine. Many thanks
I found Yoga with Adriene during lockdown 2020. Thank you so much for continually guiding us with your great videos. You eased my stress, kept me mobile and like many comments here you make smile. I wish you and your team health and happiness in 2022.
That was amazing! I remember doing this flow 2 years ago when I just started practising, and it was so hard! Now, 2 years of daily yoga later, this flow was perfect! The play time was my favorite part, I flew in side crow for the first time, as well as trying my hand in flying pigeon. Thank you! Namaste.
I am Indian and Yoga is our culture...... but I used to go to gym but now after following your channel couple of times ... I feel like I should not go to gym and just get on to the flow of Yoga ... thank you and you are awesome ...
This is stunningly beautiful. As I imagine you are too. You are! Thank you for this gift, for sharing this with me and others - inspiring, honest and stunningly beautiful. Stick with it. I will too. Love, Adriene
Yoga With Adriene Psh, girl, you have no reason to thank me for what is the honest truth. I will always be grateful to you for giving me the internal reflection that I needed. I practice through your videos now for five days a week now--and I CHOOSE to! It's amazing to me how I actually enjoy myself with what used to be filed into the same part of my mind that considered it "work". I smile randomly during my practices, which reminds me of a beautiful quote that made me think of you. "Be happy for no reason, like a child. If you are happy for a reason, you're in trouble, because that reason can be taken from you" - Deepak Chopra I admire your energy that you share with all of us, and I want you to know that it changes lives, like mine. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Namaste
Jessica G. what an amazing and inspiring story. I have felt the need to get a more toned body, nicer abs and legs and all that jazz that society makes us think is essential for a nice outward appearance and I noticed that this just harmed my body. This inspires me to do more Yoga and appreciate the time I give to myself. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing, your honesty is admirable. I have absolutely cried on my yoga mat on more than one occasion. Included following this video, Adriene conditions me to see things in a different perspective. Much as your quote inspires. Yoga makes me feel. There's a strength and vulnerability I feel on my mat a duality. Sometimes I'm not always sad, sometimes I feel so grateful it's overwhelming and I tear up. Thank you for sharing
Same here!. I was totally into cardio and other excercises which use to strain my body and mind. It was constant pressure to loose and tone my body but I was not happy doing it. I was getting instant results but the next day doing the same thing use to worry me and my body. When started respecting my body, its needs I heard what she was trying to say. I was hurting her . Now finally I am open to hear my body needs. My breathing has improved so are my stress levels. Now I have understood YOGA is more to do with Mind-Body and Soul. NOT JUST the BODY. Thank you Adrienne and Thank you Jessica for reaffirming . Love and Light-Shashi
I loved this Digestion Flow. It was full of movement and incorporated so much of what I have been working on since starting with Adriene this past January. This certainly goes down as a favorite
I was looking for an exercise for digestion and I found this old one among my saved ones. Adriene: I have enjoyed it a lot. Beautiful very active practice.
I just figured out I have digestion problems yesterday (really obvious looking back over the years and all my stomach problems) and I found this video today and it was perfect! Thank you for thinking of these things that took me years to figure out.
Yoga just after a meal is usually not a good idea but this was perfect! I was not uncomfortable from being full. Maybe a little uncomfortable in a few poses but that was because it was a good work out. I will be doing this one again. If you struggled with the pace just do this same one again tomorrow. I did one of Adrienne's videos every day for a week straight to "master" it. That was a great experience to get Adrienne's style down. Now I can easily flow with her even though I'm not hitting every shape as well as she does. I can say I have found what feels good for me in Adrienne's yoga practices.
I must've done this practice 25 times by now, it's the perfect pace for me and gets me out of whatever rut I'm in. So thankful to Adriene for introducing me to yoga back in 2017 and giving me this incredible tool
Lived in a malysian tropical island on a sailing boat for few years. Now back in cold France and I can feel home everywhere and surrounded by love and support thanks to your videos ! You help us to love ourself. Thanks for the funny energy and professional classes you are sharing. Cuddle for Benji. Delphine
It's interesting to me how my ability to do a yoga flow varies drastically depending on the day, my energy, my mood, what I've eaten, time in my cycle, etc. I'm about to get my period and so I noticed this flow was a LOT more difficult than it normally is. But I powered through! And I'm learning the more I do Adrienes sequences that showing up is really all that matters 🙏
I found it was easier to do this practice at 0.75x speed, and just using your voice to guide me instead of trying to keep up with the video. I surprised myself by finding I only needed to look at the video once or twice during the whole thing! Thank you for being such a good guide that your voice was all I needed!
Started with a bit of a stomach ache, and this sequence has a fairly quick pace, and made me sweat a little bit. Halfway through I almost stopped(didn't make enough space in my room), but I moved a few things and pushed through and now that I finished I feel pretty good.
I have such problems with digestion and I have to be really careful. On bad days (like today) when my stomach really hurts, I do this routine and it definitely helps! I love all your other videos and am so thankful that I stumbled upon them. They've helped me lose 25 pounds, but more importantly they've helped me gain patience with myself :) Thank you thank you!!
After a busy weekend of activity and too salty and sweet food, this was the perfect thing I needed. I adore Adrene and her ability to connect with me via an "old" sequence (2014). Thank you. Namaste.
It's a year since I last did this practice. My energy levels have obviously picked up after the chest infection - don't think I could have managed it even a week ago. Apart from a couple of missed vinyasas towards the end, I kept flowing. Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟
Day 15 of the March calendar, I found this a challenge to keep up, but it really gave me a workout (wish I was a little younger !) I prefer your live instructions to your ‘voice overs ‘ , I seem to connect more, but still very beautiful . Half way through March FRESH, see you tomorrow 🧘🏼♀️🙏💞
Gill Smith Me too for some reason, I prefer the live instructions. 😊 But after doing the chakra series on the FWFG site, I kind of got used to the voice overs, they are quite soothing. But I like the spontaneous vibe of the live ones ( even if I know we are “spared” the bloopers 😉😘) Anyway, they’re all wonderful practices and I’m just so grateful for the joy you give me (us) Adriene 🙏🏻namaste
I always forgot how fast and quick the older videos are 😅 i like the newer ones better, they gave us more time to breathe lol.. but it's good to visit the faster ones once in a while.. Happy holidays people! 🌲🥳
The pace of this practice was totally different from other classes. MUCH faster. I enjoyed it, but definitely more challenging. It is not that the poses are more challenging , but that you have one breath for each step, so you gotta keep going! Since I always do my yoga in the early morning with an empty stomach, I never burp!! : ) (this is in response to many people that felt their digestion processes being encouraged!!)
So , today I did day 24 of Dedicate, a balancing sequence and followed it up with this one. I was glad to hear Adriene call it challenging and it was. I have been following Adriene and of course Benji since March 2020 and have enjoyed so many positive effects from these sessions. I am strong enough to do the more challenging sessions and still need more practice on my balance. My mind is clearer and I enjoy each day with little anxiety about the pandemic. Stay healthy and well, all💚
Wow, I skip this due to knees... To close off Balance series - yay, managed to complete this practice on 1 jan 2022 Never too late and stay w my own pace/intentions so yes find my own Balance / breath / connection Definitely spark a glow after ... wow, its a different / faster paced flow phew ... digestive indeed! Which was great after eve feast ;P Namaste to all practising and happy NY 2022!
My body needed this today after the holiday feasting. I used to do a fast flow yoga practice prior to the past 3 1/2 years of doing YWA calendars, so currently not as used to it, but do appreciate
First time doing this practice. It did challenge me in a good way. Love these throw back videos intermingled with the current. Rock on, Adriene and everyone doing Ground 2020 🙏❤️
I've had this in my yoga playlist for a bit over a year now, after losing my health. I try it every once in awhile to see how I've progressed. Today, for the first time, I was able to finish the entire sequence. Thank you, Adriene for helping me heal.
Using a book to practice crow pose with, I finally launched my feet off the ground! I only held it for a second before I landed on my head but I'm so happy right now!
I've been out partying and eating in questionable ways all week and woke up today on a Sunday morning ready to purge a little bit of that from my system. Thanks Adriene for a yoga practice that made me really sweat it out and recenter!
I missed the last day,; Christmas/my birthday and the digestive flow was a perfect combo of energy boost and digestive aid. Too much cheesecake , but I'm better now for my practice. I also was happy to find that I can do the practices now strictly directed by voice and they feel good.
I am a 14 year old boy who has constantly been stressed with sports and 8th grade.I started watching some of your videos and every time i smile. When i look in the mirror i am at peace after eating. After loosing 25 pounds from 12-14 you have helped me take my negative energy to positive energy.I feel better everyday because of you.Thank you.
ur a legend for starting so early
Bravo! It will be so much of a help to all the students and teachers and every one involved in schools to incorporate some mode of mindfulness and yoga into there everyday school curriculums. It'll solve lots of our situations, at least, it might ease it a bit.
Well done!!
You are amazing! Good for you🙏

I was thinking the same thing! She is an awesome source of peace and energy
@@mythreelittlebirdiesYes ,things have changed ! She has been totally blessed by our Father to continue her teachings and for us to join her on the journey .
Had the same reaction, like dang girl slow down!! Great flow though
Well said. I totally agree. Greatly prefer her newer videos, where she speaks in the mike instead of narrating on the side.
Her teaching has developed beautifully. I love the old videos! Discovering new Adriene classes is such a treat, after all these years.9-years-ago-Adriene has wisdom beyond her years AND is someone you can relate to, from your own youth and inceptions. Adriene has given so much!
During freestyle, I sat in meditation pose while eating a piece of fudge 😅 I truly found what feels good. Happy holidays!
legendary! i love it - namaste and enjoy the fudge! 🙏🏻
Tears just hit my eyes reading comments here. This community is so encouraging and trustful. I am amazed how a channel like this create many connections, relieve the 'strange' in strangers and connect with yoga and especially love. Love you Adriene and love every single one of you lovely souls spreading your love.
♥️🙏🏽
You are a horrible person, you know? You`ve just made me cry, hah=) Yeah, I'm really crying right now
Love you beautiful souls ♡
Love you too 🥰🤗😘
I've read a million comments on your videos where people say they cried during the video and I never understood that.

Some have commented that they don't prefer this format, but I am so thankful for this video. Love the twists and the movement, and it's a sequence I've come back to again and again over the years.
Thank you Adriene, for touching so many people with your work and creating a safe space to reconnect with ourselves
Same! I absolutely love the fast pace of this! It’s one of my faves ❤️
What a fast practice! So different from the style Adriene has been guiding us with these last two years. Thanks for making me sweat and providing a challenge!
Yes, I agree not the style I'm used to, it's quite an old one, so I think her vids are a lot better and easier to follow now
I agree. I like the quickness and keeping me flowing and the high energy, but it definitely wasn’t like her last two years of mindfulness and calm and chill.
I think I need to check out her Reboot or Empower program!
Indeed, I ran this at 0.75 speed to adapt to my mood. :)
Kelsey L. Martin yes it was such a good sweat!
Its definitely what i needed after the year we've been having
Yesss we got this!! Namaste 🙏🏼
Balance December 2021. Swapped this out for Xmas day's practice as I have an eager grandaughter waiting. Wasn't quite expecting this level of effort though so pretty glad I did it before lunch 🤣 Merry Xmas everyone and wishing you all the best for 2022 😍😍
ROCK ON! Just what I needed today! thank you, Adriene or 9-years-ago-adriene🥰
❤ Love seeing how Adriene has evolved her yoga videos thru the years, yet staying true to herself and what she loves!!! 🧘♀️ Namaste!
almost skipped on this because i tend to think of lots of sun salutations and warrior poses as "annoying", but i stopped myself right there, ignored the thoughts about how i already showered today and dont want to sweat or how an active practise is "too much" right now. boy, 2014 yoga flows are wild! oh god so fast! nice were getting down to the ground... wait, ab workout? we're getting up AGAIN? you reminded me again today of how to lean in is better than to bend away. trusting that you picked the right practise for this day
Thanks Adriene for all the love you share with us!!
+TheAmeliix same
+TheAmeliix It's her high frequency energy of happiness and love.... confidence.... easy going nature... respect for the students and the practice - it rubs off on us :)
TheAmeliix cc
shes super gentle with her instruction
Completely agree! This was absolute perfection!
Totally agree with this comment.
Have a safe and blessed day!❤♥️🙏
Wow, OG Adrienne is hard core. Even so, her voice is always a soothing presence.
Wow WONDER what I need and to do now
Happy Boxing Day to all 2023
Namaste to all practising and May the flow finds you well and in Wonder
That was quite hard after yesterday core's practice but I did it even if it was very quick to follow
That was challenging for me as well. The crow pose hurt my forearms with me knees when I lean in. Idk if that pose is for me. But I did make it through. 👍🏾
I ve been doing this more than 10 days. Everyday is different for me. One day i did well another day didn’t go well etc.

Pretty sure my insides are crying tears of joy right now. Thanks for the practice.
Thank you Adriene, thank you Yoga with Adriene community. Namaste 🙏🏽
This old video is the best! First time I got a bit of a sweat in yoga, I loved the speed of it!
Adriene really did improve a ton from six years ago. Her instructions are much easier to follow now than in 2014. I can barely keep up with this. 😅
That helped kick off Christmas 2021.... thank you so much and happy holidays everyone
Day 61 of a daily YWA practice 😀
What a burner!
One at a time, I could flatten my feet during down dog!
You are Welcome
@@bhupendraameta8612 Thanks!
I drink ginger tea every night which also helps with bloating, gas, and digestion! I hope you’ve been feeling better since you posted this awhile back
Does anyone has any great remedies for bloating and indigestion?
Right on my friend! Right on!!!
Thank you! Namaste.
Love this!! I am truly more ready for an intermediate level. Thank you for being regular partner in my fitness routines. I cannot thank you enough!
I am Indian and Yoga is our culture......
but I used to go to gym
but now after following your channel couple of times ... I feel like I should not go to gym and just get on to the flow of Yoga ...
thank you
and you are awesome ...
Hey Adrienne! First off, you're supercalifragilsticexpealidocious!
If you are happy for a reason, you're in trouble, because that reason can be taken from you" - Deepak Chopra
I admire your energy that you share with all of us, and I want you to know that it changes lives, like mine.

Oh wow! I wasn't expecting this beautiful flow today. A bit sweaty, worth it after the holidays. Just what I needed the early YWA days.
I found it was easier to do this practice at 0.75x speed, and just using your voice to guide me instead of trying to keep up with the video. I surprised myself by finding I only needed to look at the video once or twice during the whole thing! Thank you for being such a good guide that your voice was all I needed!
Thank you Adriene 🎄
Day 26 Wonder Dec’23
See you tomorrow 🧘🏻♀️
Namaste 🙏🏻
I feel energized and motivated after doing this since I fell out of my workouts and healthy eating!
Loved this practice! It’s just what I needed to start my Boxing Day…. Has made me feel reenergised! Thankyou, Adriene xxx
Started with a bit of a stomach ache, and this sequence has a fairly quick pace, and made me sweat a little bit. Halfway through I almost stopped(didn't make enough space in my room), but I moved a few things and pushed through and now that I finished I feel pretty good.
This is my favorite yoga workout!
Although this is a video posted 7 yrs before, i find it very useful and well designed. Really love it.
Thank you. Namaste.
I'm a beginner and I did the whole practice, yes challenging- but worth it!
But after doing the chakra series on the FWFG site, I kind of got used to the voice overs, they are quite soothing. But I like the spontaneous vibe of the live ones ( even if I know we are “spared” the bloopers 😉😘)
Anyway, they’re all wonderful practices and I’m just so grateful for the joy you give me (us) Adriene 🙏🏻namaste
9 years old and still so good! Thank you Adriene, your practices are always great!
Balance Day 26: I was not prepared for this lol. Made it through!
Stay healthy and well, all💚
This flow felt amazing! Exactly what I needed today! Thank you Adriene !
Wow, I skip this due to knees...
To close off Balance series - yay, managed to complete this practice on 1 jan 2022
Never too late and stay w my own pace/intentions so yes find my own Balance / breath / connection
Definitely spark a glow after ... wow, its a different / faster paced flow phew ... digestive indeed!
Which was great after eve feast ;P
Namaste to all practising and happy NY 2022!
That was freakin awesome A.Mish! A voice over, yet I still heard your tips on smiling and relaxing my jaw or brow. Gracías and Namaste 🙏
Oh, you`re doing great! Keep going!
I've been out partying and eating in questionable ways all week and woke up today on a Sunday morning ready to purge a little bit of that from my system. Thanks Adriene for a yoga practice that made me really sweat it out and recenter!
Merry Christmas!
I missed the last day,; Christmas/my birthday and the digestive flow was a perfect combo of energy boost and digestive aid. Too much cheesecake , but I'm better now for my practice. I also was happy to find that I can do the practices now strictly directed by voice and they feel good.
