    I am cautiously optimistic about your upcoming 40 day kriya. I've hesitated joining the uplifted community before now because I've found even the "easy" kundalini videos difficult to adapt (I'm disabled with a neurological disease). I used to be an advanced kundalini practitioner and am a firm believer in its ability to shift our personal bioenergetic sphere as well as the universal consciousness. I hope I can participate.     This is powerful! After the puppy type breathing I felt a natural high, an almost lightheadedness and subtle tingling. I went into extended childs pose to help myself stay calm and continue to ride the wave while feeling this because it's never been felt before. Has anyone else felt surprised like this energetically after this practice?

    This was incredible. I found myself so impatient during the dog breath and following meditation. Wow!!!! The back of my tongue felt DISGUSTING! I aspire to practice this flow again tomorrow. I will now relax for savasana. Thank you, Brett. Very, very unique, but so clearing.

    I have been practicing kundalini and other yoga with you for a while.
    Last night when I did this video something amazing happend to me while doing shavasana.
    So I started feeling an amazing sensation inside my head, it was like little wings inside gently moving and vibrating. Then I felt like something was literally touching my head and it was the most pleasant feeling of touch ever! Like my head was so deeply relaxed and there was just this feeling.
    Do you know what this is? Is it to do with my crown Chakra?
    I’ve experienced some other sensations in my nervous system before while doing kundalini or just relaxation but this was a new experience.
