Your body isn't stiff you're just not flexible enough (same as me lol). Ofc pose 1 is the most easiest but 4 and 5 can be done quite easily too if you sit on a pillow or yoga block :)
My favourite position to meditate in is actually Child’s Pose. It helps me feel connected to the Earth and more grounded. We have to find the best position for ourselves because we are all individuals

U can do budha style sitting to meditate
