    If you are a high fiber consumer, please read this comment:
    A cousing of mine was surgically intervened the last week for a severe constipation. He noticed he has not gone to the bathroom in 15+ days in a row which by his own words it is normal that he can just spend the entire week without going to bathroom. In this case he got a body paralyzing pain that got him to the hospital. He got 20kg of feces inside him at the moment of the medical procedure.
    He was eating mainly vegetables and oats and cereal before it happened. And the stupid doctor told him to keep eating that shit and avoid the meat for at least 6 months. My family off course did not give a fuck about my opinion cause I am not a doctor.
    To sumarize: Even when my dumbass cousin was not eating any sustantial amount of meat at the moment of the medical emergency, the doctor still blamed the meat for the constipation. They WONT help you if you are suffering from the same.

Even with the soil being nutrient-dense, the plant will still prevent most of things being bio-available. I find it's not that expensive. In my experience, unless it's grains, potatoes, carrots bought in the largest bags- vegetables and fruits are really expensive relative to their nutritional value. And good quality ones even more so. Though meat might be more expensive in your country and vegetables/fruits might be cheaper than mine. I don't eat the best quality meat but it is decent butcher meat and very much worthwhile. Lots of dairy and eggs also. I find you don't need to eat much when it's animal products and you're not doing much labour or exercise. Comparing weight doesn't tell you which is truly cheaper. Comparing macronutrients doesn't either. My diet is maybe 85% animal products. So much faster and easier to cook too.

    @Goatis, yes actually interesting you mentioned about how Green Foods suppress the appetite, but through a very dangerous mechanism because it lowers blood sugar at the end and attacks the cholesterol in the bloodstream and one's system. It creates a temporary illusory feeling of satiation while not actually creating real satiation. When you brought that up, it reminded me about coffee, because the coffee seeds are "technically" a green food before roasted. And it also suppresses appetite, which is why people use it as a passive "meal replacement" or delay.

      Actually it is not much of a mystery, but potatoes are really the only "vegetable" food that you can reasonable sustain yourself on, if you had no other choice. Even with whatever nutrition you could get from any other plant foods by any means, it would not allow you to even "live". Other Carbs however, don't offer anything and have a much worse effect on leaky gut, compared to potatoes. Wheat, Rice and other Grains or Legumes really have nothing and are total poison. Even at best though, someone living off potatoes alone won't be in optimal health of course. But they would probably live longer and have less emaciation than someone living off of rice and beans. A person who only would eat rice and beans, could only reasonable live for about 6 months or so like that.

Unfortunately the only way to have the best liver is to get it from something freshly hunted and the younger the animal. Supermarket liver, tends to be more often lower grade and not as fresh. Believe it or not, I've only had a handful of super successful "chances" of getting very good / steak-like quality tasty livers in supermarkets. But it's not that common, the liver usually expels it, but there are ways to look at the texture of the liver to see if it's an unhealthy one. But still, best bet is always going for a young liver, before the older ones do not taste as good and there is more chance for an animal to be ill, if anything. We have hybridised vegetables. That is true. But, hybridisation is not an unnatural process. Perhaps, in the way humans have been doing it in the last 50 to 70 years is a cause for concern. But, everything living thing from every living species is a hybrid. What's the opposite of a hybrid? A perfect genetic replica of the original one!
    Whether or not human hands are facilitating it, hybridisation occurs naturally at micro and macro levels. However, humans have been hybridising plants to produce better yields and more resilient plants for a very long time now. All ancient civilizations did this. Native Americans and tribal people, including nomadic people, did as well. They didn't use labs to do this.
    They also did this with their animals. Every domestic animal that exists on the Earth today that we consume for food has also been hybridised, especially any animal reared on a modern, health-conscious (grass-fed, organic, pasture-raised) farm. The meat, eggs, and dairy you are consuming are all hybridised products derived from "unnatural" animals, if we follow your line of thinking that hybridisation is unnatural. If you've ever been to a place like Vietnam, you will see that the chickens are very different there than they are in every Western country. Their chickens are lanky and have a more "wild-bird" appearance to them, and even those chickens are hybrids. It's like comparing a mountain goat to the goat that we produce milk from.
    A lot of the hybridisation we see today has been around for a long time now. Mules are hybrids. Wolves and coyotes still breed, and coyotes breed with domestic dogs naturally. But I agree with you, in that anything produced from a lab is totally unnatural. It's like pugs and English Bulldogs. Those breeds of dogs are so totally unnatural, that pugs suffer their whole life to breathe, and 90% of English Bulldogs cannot deliver pups without undergoing c-section. These are seriously unnatural animals, and a good example of the evils that humans hands commit when playing with nature. As far as I know, all "breeds" of domesticated animals we have were created by our meddling.
    Does that make them all wrong? Maybe it does. Vension and all wild game are undoubtedly better for our consumption, as well as the forage from wild berries, fruit trees, and nut trees. There is wild forage everywhere, especially in the tropics where we originated.
    Furthermore, if the bloodlines from each couple were pure, then it could be said that interracial offspring are hybrids. Considering almost no one comes from a pure bloodline, we are all already hybrids. Perhaps that has weakened us in some areas and strengthened us in others. Perhaps, overall, that has created a weakness across the whole species. Even if we all originated from the same race, unless we are the original composite of the original Adam or the original Eve (so to speak), than we are all hybrids.
    If I have gotten this completely wrong, I am very open to hearing other perspectives. Ultimately, I want to consume the best and most natural foods for my species. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any "untouched" examples out in the modern world. I want to know more about why raw animal products are the most natural to you, and why vegetables and forage are excluded from what you believe is natural for us to eat? @GoatisReviews Do you have a more comprehensive video on this? We are all trying to make the best decisions when it comes to nutrition, and every school of thought refutes the other school of thought. It is a very tricky subject. I agree with your sentiment that we aren't meant to be cooking our food.

    Technically, all fruits are also vegetables, basically any part of the plant that is edible is a vegetable, however we tend to differentiate between the two in general conversation.

    • @KevinSamuelsKid
      @KevinSamuelsKid 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      I’m fine with this. It’s just semantics. Fruit is still the part of a plant that a plants wants something to eat. So there’s still a fundamental difference regardless of what you want to call it

    • @infini_ryu9461
      @infini_ryu9461 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @KevinSamuelsKid Not really. It's still just an edible part of the plant, like other vegetables. You can make that distinction, though, hence fruit being a subcategory of vegetables.

    • @KevinSamuelsKid
      @KevinSamuelsKid 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@infini_ryu9461 Well like i said, I’m fine with the idea of fruit being a vegetable semantically but the fact that there it is a sub-category is evidence that there is a fundamental difference between the two. The botanical definition of a “vegetable” is the edible part of the plant, which pretty much means the entire plant is a considered a vegetable. But fruit by definition are the ovary of plants that form a fleshy tissue around the seed. This is the part of that plant that has itself produced to be eaten. The rest of the plant that we refer to as edible is not what the plant wants you to eat such as the roots (carrots), stem, leaves, tubers(potatoes), bulbs (onion), etc., and why we find the highest concentration of toxins in these parts of the plant

    • @infini_ryu9461
      @infini_ryu9461 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@KevinSamuelsKid Nope. Nuts are not fruits but are their own subcategory of vegetable, too. Vegetable is an umbrella term for all edible parts of plants. Not all vegetables are fruits, but all fruits are vegetables. Nothing really semantic about it.
      Doesn't matter what the plant wants you to eat, animals eat them regardless.

    • @KevinSamuelsKid
      @KevinSamuelsKid 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@infini_ryu9461 Actually it does matter if a plant wants you to eat it or not… It can be used as part of the definition. A fruit then could be partly defined as a part of a plant that is actually edible [for humans]. I think it’s actually very important because it’s part of the reason we are giving fruit it’s own sub category. You may think the stems, roots, and leaves of plants are edible biologically but they are not, at least for humans. This is where the botanical definition fails if you’re only speaking in terms of human biology and you can’t assume the botanical definition of vegetable is only inclusive of humans and not also taking into consideration other organisms that can actually eat and digest these non fruit parts of a plant. So with that being said, it could be very possible that “vegetables” (not including fruit) are parts of plants ONLY edible to non-human organisms. At that point we would no longer call these in-edible parts of plants vegetables, at least for humans.
      Secondly, do you understand the definition of semantics? We are talking about the meaning of words and relationships between them. This is absolutely a discussion of semantics as well. And like I keep repeating, calling a fruit a class of vegetable or not will not change the reality of what a fruit is and how humans metabolize it. That’s why I don’t care what you call it, it’s still a man made construct.
      Thirdly, why do I see that nuts are actually fruit? And that a nut is defined as a dry, single seeded fruit that have high oil content? And that things “nuts” like peanuts and almonds are considered legume which are a vegetable? So how exactly do nuts have it’s own category that makes it unique compared to fruit?
      Lastly, don’t say “nope” it’s arrogant as hell.

      He’s actually correct, but it requires scientific explanation. Vitamin A isn’t directly found in plants. It has to be converted from carotenoids by the human body. So you can eat a carrot and get vitamin A , but only because the body is spending extra resources converting one thing into another.
      The only direct source of vitamin A1 is from animal sources, which is far more efficient way to consume Vitamin A.
