Ordered a Taycan Turbo through a company car scheme from Octopus EV, the lease co first placed an order with Porsche Chester who rang me and refused to supply the car as it wasn't going to be expensive enough............................., (really?) The car didn't have the level extras they wanted on it to make it profitable for them apparently. Naive sales tactic from Porsche Chester and cost them a fair few orders I believe. Porsche Wilmslow took the order no problem, and only 10 mins from my home. The car took 409 days from order to arrive, and slipped from a November 22 delivery to a March 23 delivery due to supply chain issues and the heater issues. Price went up £3k due to Porsche having a price increase during production for the car but not extras, in the grand scheme of a lease that's marginal on cost. Wilmslow Porsche brilliant throughout, very informative and if there was no news would tell you that too. Normally lease cars get delivered where a driver comes to your home or office and throws the keys at you. Porsche gives the full dealer experience no matter how the car is procured, done 1500 miles in it, great car, well worth the wait. Maybe a bit too fast in all honesty.
Good to read this, I was concerned they'd maybe give a lower preference to leasing companies. As you've seen I think the experience varies from depending on the franchise so I'm glad you found one that worked for you. Enjoy the car - yep - they're quick!

It depends but this video was a HERO5 and window mount
