These videos really encourage me to go out and shoot. Although I'm not pro enough to toss my camera up in the air like you...knowing me I'll drop it...then I'll start crying like a little kid 🤣🤣🤣
What software do you use to backup all of your photos/videos. If you could let me know below and maybe create a video on how you save and organise files/edited files that would be great!!
Great vid Sam! truely inspiring to see you shoot with the 50mm 1.8. People often say it is a garbage lens but i beg to differ and as you can see you take great pictures with it :) I have the a7iii with the 50mm and a tamron 28-75, just started out. I also just subbed (thought i allready was subbed because i watch many more of your vids) Have a great day!
Those last panning shots. How did you adapt so fast ? Just changed shutterspeed fast, and thats it ? And to what ? Any speed you know works almost everytime for panning ?
Great chilled video. I always enjoy your videos and seem to learn something new all the time. Your framing and styles are great, keep up the good work!
What settings do you use that let you focus everything in the picture? I can usually only get one thing in focus even when I bump up the aperture and I can't figure out how to focus everything
Lovely work. Thanks for showing some great evidence that it is possible to get killer shots with a 50mm out in the field . I love street photography and I love shooting with my 50mm lens, but I need to train myself to look for what is possible with that 'sometimes closer than you'd like' focal length. Also inspiring to see some fast decision making for some stealthy shots. I find I used to be much more brave shooting in public. That's it, I'm going to get out there! Cheers
Hello! Great video and amazing photos. I am just wondering, do you sell any of these photos on stock websites? If yes, how, as editorial, commercial? I would be really happy if you can answer. Thank you!
Lmao I just got this lens a minute ago! Also, mind letting us know what settings you shoot street photography with? I know some people use aperture priority and some say manual isn’t convenient for capturing moments quickly
Hey man, I like your content very much. Just started photographing with a sony a6000... i've just downloaded your presets for mobile, which preset did you use during that video?
every time you click to shoot then final edit appear i get off my chair woowing!! REALLY WOW! so do you edit with lightroom ad what is your preset much love 3>
Been watching your videos for a few weeks now. And hopefully I've learned a lot. Only just venturing into Street photography after may years off. I bought the samyang f1.4 85mm and all I can say is wow or as you kids say it's sick lol. Just spent the day in London first time out with it can't wait to use the #tag 👍👍👍👍
Thank for a daily videos, going to make myself a Xmas present Sony a7iii and 50mm 1.8 to get started. Maybe you could consider to do one food photography POV? You have plenty of street and car photography in the channel. You are having coffee every time you go out and it could be a shot or two of your lunch or something each day and it will make up 8mins video out of it. Just a suggestion:) thank you
i like this video so much.if you do not mind.i would like to ask your permission to share this video to the other website in China for the embarrassing reason that TH-cam is blocked from accessing in China.i will give sources of the original website.Thank you very much.
doesn't matter if its London or elsewhere, there will always be a clown behind the wheel driving too fast and then trying to blame the other person. good to see you didn't get hurt.
Great video as always man! 📸 I have been wondering how can you share your video titles and description in so many languages like this? Do you use some sort of software or you write yourself? Thnx :)
Just ordered a Samyang 45mm 1.8 last night from B&H on sale for $279. I have a 25mm 1.7 prime for my Panasonic G9 and wanted to have a prime in approximately the same focal length for my full frame Sony A7riiia.
Love these kind of videos! Something else, recently your titles get auto-translated into my native language and it’s super annoying as it gets translated into the weirdest kind of words and sentences. I sometimes have no clue whatsoever what it’s supposed to say…

I'm about to get a 50mm as a Christmas gift for myself. I really love your POV videos. Keep it up, man!
9:12 best moment 😂
I love you street pov videos, they’re so relaxing and it’s amazing seeing the way you think as you’re taking these amazing photos
Loved the intro you stayed calm 😂
would you mind putting the settings on each picture you take because I have a hard time identifying what settings to use on manual
Awesome POV Sam!! Loved the chilled out vibes in this one and the shots you got were honestly so clean. Really want to go and shoot now haha 🙌
What software do you use to backup all of your photos/videos. If you could let me know below and maybe create a video on how you save and organise files/edited files that would be great!!
i love this so much sam, i love the povs, you really make my photos stand out more
Loved this POV Sam! That defender was epic!
Another chilled out POV! Great way to start the day, almost getting hit by a car... Well done for keeping up with the video a day!
youre the reason i got into street photography
I love those red buildings too, portraits there would be fire 🔥🔥
Gonna have to try this in my local city!

I’d say 1/30th works for most shots gives good enough blur
Anything between 1/10 - 1/40 will Fife consistent results change f stop and iso accordingly 🙏
@@Opticalwander Will try that more. Got the a7ii and samyang 85. So I have no excuses not to try it. Thanks :)
Nice video !!
Question : i was wondering if you or anyone is using a polarizer on GoPro to reduce glare or n back of screen on Sony cam.
I wish I could live in London, could see you at London streets.. Amazing video and photos as always! Best regards from Turkey Istanbul 🇹🇷
Can you ask for camera settings in the manual with the iris
What focus mode were you using in this video ?
Cracking video 🔥🔥🇬🇧
what focus mode do you use. Your pictures are sharp
Focus area is wide 🙏
@@Opticalwander Thanks for answering. I have sony a7ii. So I wanted to see what focus to use for moving objects since I am new to sony camera’s
Really loved this pov. Chilled and inviting.

LOVE the 50/1.8. Totally worth the money. It’s a bang for your buck for sure. Great video!
It’s a MUST on any system. I have the RF version for my EOSR. Sweet little lens.

I'm a beginner photographer and I'm even so excited that my photo came up on the screen at the end haha!!!!
Did you use the 50mm FE or oss? Great video!
Hi, are all these shots edited or out of cam? thx.
Hi, really nice video.
But how is possible that you use 1.8 and have really sharp background on photos?
Is that feather of Sony Alpha? :)
Love your video, pls add more of this street photography.
Does anyone know what the POV camera set up is? Body Cam? GoPro?

Are all these shot taken on f/1.8 ?
2:04 Almost had a heart attack 😄
Streetphotography video with your phone would be really nice!!
what focus area are you using my A7iii doesn't have that Syble ?
I’m using wide and then also touch to focus ✌️
Hmmm. On the LCD above face recognition symbol on the left that symbol I can't find any where on my A7 iii
I just bought the 50mm, f1.8 as well. Very inspiring 🔥📸
😂😂 Daym and I love how that guy stops and tries to make it your fault for crossing the road.
Samyang 50mm or Sony 50mm ?
Badly need a video your GoPro settings and color grading/correction please 🥺
Hey man, I like your content very much. Just started photographing with a sony a6000...
i've just downloaded your presets for mobile, which preset did you use during that video?
What's your gobro name?
you could try sigma 56 1.4 on full frame, it's just incredible
what exposure did you take when filming the cyclist at 9:36?
In my opinion i would rather go for a canon 50mm 1.8 and an unexpensive adapter. its a differcene between day and night for the same price
Bro, could you help me out with my POV settings? I'm using the GoPro Hero 9.
What are you shooting at, atm?
@@Opticalwander POV photography, but it seem like I have to much motion blurr. I always double the shutter speed (24fps 50 shutter speed)

Thank you dude 🙏

REALLY WOW!
so do you edit with lightroom ad what is your preset

Do you exclusively take photos in portrait orientation? You could have got a shot of that car if you rotated to landscape
The cars back end would of been cropped slightly. I did check, i mostly shoot portrait because of where my output is.
Buen video
czy to ta najtansza wersja 50 mm od sony?? Jak dajesz z nim rade z tym wolnym af?? podziwiam bo super ci to wychodzi:D
9:06 The most braindead driver in London, he's supposed to stop at the zebra crossing and let whoever is waiting there walk
That's cool! Which mode you're shooting at? and did you activate active tracking to autofocus on subjects?
He used manual mode and continious autofocus.
@@gabriell04032 Thank you!
@@gabriell04032 May I ask why the Manual mode and not the Aperture priority mode?
Drivers not stopping for pedestrians on a zebra crossing is the most London thing ever 😂

I would recommend getting the canon 50mm 1.8 and a cheap adapter. It is way sharper and costs the same.
