@superiortoall22 That's not the case. Apple released the iPhone in 2007, and the Microsoft Spot was in 2004. Why wait until 2015? Why? Because the Microsoft watch was a flop and Apple weren't going to take the risk. Fast forward, when the Samsung was a hit. They copied and released their copy in 2015.
It's really weird budget and mid rangers get a charger in the box but flagships dont, and budgets and midranges are usually beatened by old flagships that now go for similar prices used
I hate to be the devil's advocate but I think the charger thing is more from the regulators to reduce e-waste (since your old charger should still work). Mid-ranges and budget tends to be the old models, so they still have the chargers they came with then. The brand spanking new one have to follow modern regulations. Fortunately for me, I never get anything but the most budget of budget pones.

Flagships still do come with chargers in the box, even come with covers, for example Xiaomi's phones.
But people only talk about SaMsUnG and aPpLe.
@@dastaniam Because here in the US we don't have Xiaomi or Huawei, as carriers don't support them. There's far less competing brands in general, and none that include chargers would be more than mid-range. It's not like elsewhere in the world where there's more brands to choose from (Xiaomi in particular seems like it nails price-to-performance).
Depends on the phone. Ones that charge quicker than it takes iOS to load Android usually do.

No offense but besides the latest models, Samsung has been copying Apple hardware for the past 12 years.
Didn’t know Apple copied the capacitive touchscreen, the non-removable battery, the removal of headphone jack, the notch, and the AirPods from Samsung.

I’m not sure where to go with this; but Casio made a watch around 1985 ( ! ), The Casio 500 that had a touch screen, 6 ? Modes, & 30 different functions, but for some reason failed to keep up with their creative approaches to watch & calculator designs, they had quite a few very clever calculators & watches ?!?
I have the TC-600 Casio touch screen made in 1985.

Samsung copied only the orange band.. the sqircle (square+circle) design was their Galaxy Gear Sport design released long back and Ultra name first used by Samsung since their S20 and Note 20 Ultras released in 2019. It's Apple copied the Ultra name but used for a watch which Samsung also started using for their watch this year.
But when there are a lot of watch band designs available in the market it's silly why Samsung designers copied the same orange band instead of coming up with some random band by copying something on Amazon.

edit: the reason the screen is circular and the body is square is that they have a bunch of featrues and standards that only work on circular screens (like the besel scroll thing) but they needed to pack in more tech in the watch

Apple removed the headphone jack in 2016 and everyone was “ what a shame”, “this is ridiculous” but when samsung does it in 2019 everyone kept their mouth shut. The same thing happened with the charger in the box.
Apple said that they want to be carbon neutral by 2030, leter samsung said that they wanted to be carbon neutral by 2050.
And now the same happened with the apple watch ultra

I have both, they are pretty similar. Small things like new fitness medals you get and customizing the watch faces on the watch are pretty noticeable.

I like Samsung products but it is pretty ridiculous when they copy Apple. Especially when they actually innovate at times (the Note series, Folds, Flips, etc.). Doesn't even make sense from an Asian market perspective, since Chinese phone companies are kicking their butts by differentiating from Apple.
