This was so great! I do quite a lot of weights work, so I would consider myself to have pretty good arm strength, but my arms were screaming after 5 minutes! I particularly liked the exercise near the end where you take the 2 weights in one hand. I don't think I've ever done an exercise targeting that particular muscle, and it felt good. And the roll down holding the weights felt soooo nice! Only thing I would suggest is that you look at your advertising settings for this one. Whereas for your other videos I normally just get a couple of ads at the start (which I'm very happy to have), on this one the ads are popping up every 5 minutes during the video, usually interrupting in the middle of a set, which is annoying.
Very excited about this new upper body workout! Looks great. I do your osteoporosis mat workouts and the beginning pilates arms workout with dumbbells. Because of my osteoporosis I am assuming that the only exercise in this new video I should avoid is the last one, the 'peel down'?
You are absolutely correct. The Roll Down should be avoided, especially with additional weights in the hands. Also, during the "balance" exercises from the lunge shape, please make sure to keep the spine nice and long. In other words, avoid coming onto one leg if it means you'll be rounding your back.
