Amazing as always! Lindsey do you believe to many reps of certain exercises to failure could kill muscle gain? Sometimes I feel like if I add more weight it’ll compromise on the proper form so I try to do more reps to make the exercise still challenging.
You can gain muscle many different ways. High rep/ light and heavy low rep can both give you results. I thinks it’s best to use both in your training. When going heavier if you feel the form is not good then do even less reps or lower the weight. Xx
