- With some investigation and determination, I managed to get Chinese throttle body to work.
This worked for my 2002 C5Z and should be the same for 01-04 and quite possibly for 99 and 00.

Thank you thank you for documenting this!!! My ebay 102mm tb works finally!!! I read so many forums and looked up wire diagrams and this was the only straight forward fix that actually worked!
😀😀This was perfect and easy thank you, swapping the four wires you mentioned and a tune was all it took .
Worked on my 1999 C5 Base model with DBW for an ebay 102MM TB with harness and also a Aluminum intake Manifold.
Nick Williams is the way to go never buy the cheap stuff like that it’s a key part I learned the hard way also. Sticking butterfly or hard tuning
Nick Williams doesn't have Drive By Wire throttle bodies. Currently trying out Snake Eater's 102 GM TB.

Hey Max, I have a 2002 z06 i want to do the 102mm also... i have the 3 to 4 bolt adapter.... is that what u used and how did it end up.... Working good?
Hello, when adjusting the tune with HP Tuners, do you mean the throttle position should be limited to 94%?
Hopefully you got it figured out by now. If not just try adjusting it until it no longer hits the reduced engine power. I believe I settled at 96%
Is this compatible with L59 vin code Z engine? ( flex fuel engine)

Do you have a video for getting the gold blade to work?
The gold blade just needed a tune to work. Do you have HPtuners or EFI live?

I guess it depends on year. Did he mention his? Ive had no luck with a 2000FRC.

I have a c5 also but with a nw 103 with the same reduced engine power. Would it be the same process for the 103 nw??
My son has an early production NW 103 and we didn’t have to do this for his.

@@maxthemadtuner maybe he have 102mm old version the 103mm need d2a converter its impossible to made car run with the 103
