Very pretty Spiced Sultana Cakes, quick to prepare and easily cooked in the Ninja AF300 Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer. Prepare your ingredients and follow along with real time preparation and step by step instructions.
RECIPE:~
* 2 x Eggs
* 100g Self Raising Flour
* 100g Butter
* 100g Soft Brown Sugar
* 40g Sultanas
* 1⁄2 Tablespoon Mixed Spice
NINJA SETTINGS:~ BAKE at 160c for 15 minutes, then BAKE at 150c for 5 minutes ~ Nb. This may seem a long time, but these cakes have a soft inner and delicious crunchy outer.
