I just did this today and dang it sounds good. Definitely woke my 5.3 up. You are 100% right on needing to lift the rear up to get clearance for the exhaust I tried at first to get the stock exhaust out without lifting the back up and it’s impossible without cutting. I’m ready for people to forever say I have a tiny pecker now cause of how good this truck sounds. Haters will hate

There wouldn’t be any difference in sound , All the overpriced exhaust is , is a hollowed out muffler, witch is strait pipes no muffler sounds exactly the same.

There’s definitely a difference in sound. I won’t disagree that they’re overpriced but it for sure changes the tone. If you can’t tell the difference you don’t have much of an ear for it I guess.

Dude it sounds so much like my 5.4 f150. It’s got a super 44 with duals out the back at the corners. I’m a Ford guy, but I can’t hate on a good sounding truck.
What’s your wheel and tire set up how much of set and how big rims and tires and if you have a leveling kit?
Sounds awesome! Also, I know this is kind of random but a cold start actually has nothing to do with the outside temperature. It just means the engine isn’t at normal operating temperature.
I just put an AWE 0FG on my 2021 6.2 RST this past weekend. I love it. Good choice going with AWE IMO.

sounds good , looks good 👍 muffler size affects the drone , smaller is louder bigger is quieter , just depends on what a person likes , you can run true duals with X pipe and not have drone , just depends on what mufflers are used

Tip. To remote start u can do it by hitting the lock button once. Not need to hit it twice 😉

I’m thinking about one of their exhausts for my Ram. Over 2K with shipping though, being from Canada.
For the RAM just do a muffler delete. The resonators and 3 converter are good enough for rest of system. Did it to my 2020 ram 5.7 and sounds like a 1k system. Cost me $50 at local muffler shop. Did the same thing to my 5.3 refresh silverado and sounds like this system on the video. For me though the chip shortage made my truck full V8 all the time. No DFM so exhaust sounds good.
Any difference in performance? Better or worse?

exhaust sound great!!!had to add the pulsar to my 2021 at4 because it was making that horrendous sound when normal driving, kinda upset you have paddle shift on steering wheel🥲 we got to meet up one day👍

Nope nothing yet, hopefully they will get an updated pulsar out soon
@@lmfscrew I spoke to pulsar and they said they are trying to make it so we can update our existing units instead of buying a new one. Hope that works out.

Did your Sierra come with the chip missing for DFM? I just got my sand dune Elevation and it was missing the DFM thankfully.
You are truly blessed with NO DFM!! How about auto stop/start?
Unfortunately they had a chip for that. Shutting it off is muscle memory now and don’t even recall turning it off most of the time.
No DFM for me too. Full time V8. It is great.

Dennis told me that they are still waiting for HP Tuners to unlock the pcm's on the refresh trucks before they can verify the tuning and stuff. They have em ready to go just waiting on HP Tuners.
