My Poppa was a builder, and when he passed away, the Vicar said he was still here as he had left a part of him in the craftsmanship in the many houses he renovated around the village. I love seeing the transformations you have done and how you have helped the neighbours, too. My daughter lived next to a hoarder, and the local council pest controller didn't charge her as he felt so sorry for her. In the daytime, the rats would sit quite happily on her little boys slide. The houses look amazing xx

Ive noticed! Reminds me of me lately! Not a hoarder yet! It might be because we want to get cleaning, we mean well and all ect, but we got that friggin paralysis!! This makes us sad! Some dont understand. Also perfectionism makes us like this. Lately ,I stop myself stocking up. Its hard! I dont have a car, so when you get a ride you take advantage of hoarding the heavy bottles and jugs home. You might get cleaning, and run out. By the time you get fixed up to walk to store and carry back stuff, your tired! Cant get going again. ect
@@manyhats3846 set a small goal, like a small room or bathroom, and give yourself a date. For example, by Thursday I will have the half bathroom clean. Then take a break for a day or two and pick a new room. I have a psychology degree so I understand the anxiety and stress of it all. If you ever needed outside help I'm sure there are services in your area that could help you clean out and organize. However don't push yourself into a mental break either. Your mental health is just as important as your physical. Good luck and you will get it done!!!

It's a relief to see these properties in such better condition after the renovations. I like the decisions made to open up the living space, and the wall colors and flooring look great. I hadn't realized you bought so many of these hoard houses to flip, but it looks like you've got the system down to do it well, and hopefully pull in a decent profit. I'd love to see more of these follow-ups when you have a chance to share them!

I’ve dealt with remodeling in places but never dealt with hoardings or death situations so I applaud and appreciate each and every employee for doing what I know I won’t have a stomach or tolerance for.

Hello all of you have done an amazing work! The houses are really very beautiful. It is still beyond my understanding why people can accumulate so much rubbish, grime and dirt, why they neglect the living quarters so much? Is this a mental health issue? I have had 1 tiny flying cockroache in my livingroom/kitchen last year. (Because of your videos. 🤣)I cleared out all furniture of my whole apartment to the balcony, removed everything i could like kitchen drawers, the base panels of the kitchen, ofen, (the kitchens in Austria are build different, all appliance are build in) i cleaned every nook and cranny, cleaned all dishes, purchased big glas jars to keep my food. It took me 3 days to clean everything. In addition i sorted out a lot of stuff. Now i feel safe. Best regards from Austria Chrissy

Me and my wife brought a horders home once for 400k below value. We found photos of what it looked like in the 80s it was so nice yet sad to see. It's now our home and I don't regret the 2 years of work it took us to make it look like it does now.
