The two cleaner ladies are absolute angels. To have the strength to clear and clean like that❤❤❤God bless them.
So true❤
I appreciate how British show doesn’t have as much drama and fights as American.
Yes, but I still find it horrible - SO judgemental and dramatic
REST IN PEACE SUSAN. I’m so happy those lovely ladies gave you some peace at last.
I didn't expect that at the end oddly enough. I'm so glad she got to be home in her last days.
I love the declutter divas. They’re patient, considerate, nonjudgmental and supportive. And they’re miracle workers at cleaning out hoarded spaces.
I'm so glad Susan was able to live out the rest of her days in a peaceful environment.
I hope Susan spent the rest of her days, with her children and grandchildren in a very clean and comfortable home…😢
Heather is a really empathic, sympathic and clever woman, trying her best to help her family but without pushing, she really impressed me in this documentary!
Jake shouldn't be allowed to have a pet! The dog who died in one of his two fires probably got trapped in the mess and couldn't find its way out!
The saving grace , if any,, Is that the dog almost certainly died of carbon monoxide long, long before the fire ever reached him.
One of my adult male cousins silently suffered chronic deep depression for many years and lived with his elderly widowed mother. Daniel set their home on fire and went to bed one afternoon.
He was ordained as an minister in middle age. He preached at many small town, to many small congregations who could not afford to even share the cost of a half time pastor. So his only income was “good will offerings” which did little more than pay for his gasoline. He devoted a huge amount of hours weekly to those congregations, preparing sermons, visiting the sick, etc as rural pastors do. He desperately wanted to be called to a home church as at least a half time pastor. It wasn’t to be.
He died of smoke exposure, and the fire never reached him before it was extinguished. We were told that it appeared that he had peacefully gone to sleep. His mother was in her 90s recovering from a slip and fall in a nursing home at the time. Although she was still of sound mind, she would not have been physically able to live at home for many years without Daniel’s help, and they were good companions, supporting each other And enjoying life, all in all, living with each other. His mother survived him for quite a long time, but never left the nursing home to live. Rest in Peace, Daniel and Aunt Delores
Those two ladies did a excellent job
at Susan's house. R.I.P. Susan. Good
Luck with the other two 😢😢😊❤❤👍🙏🥰
Those ladies are heaven sent angels. I started cleaning a hoarder's home. We didn't make it too the floors even. There were needles, things that held poop and pee. My dad and I started to become ill. And had to stop. The house still stands. People live there, just thinking about it makes me feel sick.
My mother was a low-level hoarder. I tried to help her clear it up. Together we cleared off one corner of the kitchen counter, but a few hours later it was cluttered again. I gave up. Hoarders don't change unless they want to.
What do mean by Susan Shane 1954-2019?? She is dead?? TELL ME IM WRONG, NO WAY! 😭😭 SHE DESERVE THE 2 LADIES CLEANING HER HOUSE, THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING HER😭 SHE LOOK SO CALM AND CHILL, IM VERY SAD SEEING THE LAST PART HER NAME AND THE YEAR😭😭
How on earth did those two ladies clean out that hoarded house by themselves?
I bet most of all her stuff went to the trash cleaning a dirty home is much easier than cleaning a clean one the cleaners probably just saved what could be saved I'm happy those that the lady got to die with dignity to be able to see her home clean and sleep in her bed before she died is price less
Fake
How cute it was to see Heather dancing at home, it was like watching her as a child. Your childhood scars are really hard to mend and sometimes I feel like her, so far away and "better" than what i came from, but it's days like today when I feel stuck in the past.
Hoarding is a mental issue and as an outsider, it’s easy to express disgust or concern. I can only imagine how stressful it was for the daughter who is a victim of his dad’s hoarding and the mental toll it has had on her. And Susan, I’m glad that she finally came around and sought professional help to clean her house. RIP to her. it’s not easy, but my wish is for hoarders to have been given help and support earlier.
It has NOT been proven to be a mental issue. I believe it's a habit and pure laziness.. is all.
@@rodagrail3231Okay, show us all the articles you havd read where they say hoarding is NOT a mental health issue!!
What rubbish!
Unchain that poor dog. The man is a fool. Keeps having fires and smokes in the middle of the place. The poor other dog. He should have no pets.
Dude, I'm so freakin bummed out I fell in love with Susan and her clean house is gorgeous only to see she passed away 😢 😔
It seems really dangerous to be cleaning that house without some kind of protection other than plastic gloves, isn't it? I can't imagine breathing in those mouse carcass and dropping fumes.
Hanta Virus is a very real possibility. Those ladies didn’t protect their own bodies.
I’d like to also see more help for them.
Susan's place looks so beautiful after the gals cleaned it up! Congrats to all for that nice transformation and hope Susan's cancer is cured.
Reading the comments that Susan passed away. RIP dear Susan.
I’m surprised they don’t have face masks on. I’m glad to see gloves.
I have the handed to these women. They are hard workers and they want to help people, God bless you, ladies
If Brian and Jake are any indicator, it appears hoarding is some kind of anti-aging elixir. Both look amazing for their respective ages 😮
He didn't pass on those genes. Brian's daughter looks like his sister.

Autism usually makes you look younger.
I hate to admit it, but you're right!
No stress. They just ignore everything
"I said there was no dead bodies, I was wrong." LOL
Susan, as soon as I saw what was going on in your house ... I began to pray for you.
It was so beautiful to hear dad and daughter talk
Susan was such a good sport and did not object to anything! Those cleaning ladies did a fantastic job! I wonder what their charge was for something like this..
That was so cute when the one sister had to push her sister into the house as the hill of junk was so high . What a great business !!
I pray Susan got a while to enjoy her clean house. prayers for the family.
I love how these two women changed the life of the elder lady, I just love it!
I hope the two women that cleaned up by their selves are getting good pay. I can’t understand how people,I’ve like that.
Those two gals, need a team of help.
I am 64 living in a studio and this is disgusting to me. Unbelievable.
It was hard watching this. I felt tired and I wasn't even there 😥. The view takes a toll on you mentally especially if you live like this. I didn't watch it fully cause I couldn't take it. Kept on forwarding the vid lol but the ending's great. Well done on Susan's place 👏🏻
The daughter could meet with her dad OUTSIDE of his home somewhere and forget about insisting he change at his elderly age. In time he ll die in his mess.
Susan has beautiful 🏡. I hope she can enjoy it now.
She is deceased.
Why don't the cleaner wear protective masks and clothing? Can't be healthy working like this!
@Meutroos My thought too. Working themselves far too hard to get that much cleared out in five days. And all the time, breathing in all the dust and mould spores.
how?? how ??? too much money to buy unnecessary stuff could be a reason
the dog didn't follow him out cause it wanted to die over living there anymore... sad
I think the dog was in a chain. This man should be prohibited to have a dog
What I don't understand is to buy so much stuff either online or at the store, can take up a lot of money. Is she very wealthy? This is a serious question as I'm not sure I can pay for bills and food if I shopped like her
Hoarding looks like a condition that needs deliverance.
I grew up in a situation that ended up being a hoarder situation after I moved out. I have a bit of it in me as well. But I do huge purges every year and I my apartment is a lot better than the one I grew up in
My parents has the same problem. When my dad passed in 2019, I undertook to rearrange and declutter their house but my mom couldn't let me! We could agree to get everything out and let her pick tè stuff she wanted and then we dispose the rest! We ended up getting literally everything back to the house. Long story short, I timed when she was visiting her brother for a few days.....the rest is history 😂😂😂😂😂😂
What was your mother's reaction to you getting rid of her stuff while she was gone? It seems like such an obvious solution to just hire a dumpster and throw it all away, but I hear hoarders can have a completely unreasonable attachment to their stuff. Myself, I have a lot of junk, but I love purging and getting rid of stuff- thank God!
@@lilyt5855 Thank God that you are willing to let some stuff go! For my mom, I had to declutter while she was away. Of course she came back, got mad at me for days,weeks....months, but she eventually got used to it😀
Rest in Peace Susan 🙏🙏🙏 those Two Ladies ar Absolutely Amazing...well done.
I work for British family in uae and they keep everything. As a clean freak it drives me clazy
RIP Suzan ❤
????
@@Thom-gs6ztDied of her cancer in 2019
@@CoraJean19that’s very sad. Hopefully she got visit with her sons and grandchildren plenty of times before then
She needs a doctor asap !
my mum hords pillows
Just two people to clean… in the USA we have teams of people 😢
Incase Susan needs help kindly let me know, she can’t live there all by herself alone that’s not cool
I do wish the best for all these brothers and sisters in our Lord, since this is such a troubled disorder!!! Both my husband and I have the tendency to hoard and it really is something that kind of pulls you to it!
Just the first few she sounds very sad. Poor Susan.
many people in the world don't have anything to wear but Susan all have things she didn't need
Jake reminds me of a British Robin Williams ❤
These 2 women are heroes ❤
Heathers dad seems like a sweet daddy only with a problem 😢
@Mikado677 I've just realised who he reminds me of. A little bit Michael Portillo. But more the actor Geoffrey Palmer.
What the hell.????Hats off ladies...Great job
All of these make me wonder, where do they get the money for their own house, let alone all of the junk? Frustrating when it seems 90% of people can't afford housing anymore.
Even if you cleaned yheir houses again after a few months will becoming the same, they must learn to cleaning by themselves
You could always put things up on eBay. Those corks would be delightful if they were in the hands such as myself as a crafter😊❤
Jake is whole next level 😅 one bucket water , stay safe
It is somehow interesting, how this can happen. How? Sad but interesting, and I wish everybody can get help, that has to deal with this.
She's only in her mid 60's she'd better get on the shtick and get around to taking better care of herself my mom was 89 and her house was neat as a pin.
Jake needs some serious help
This is very sad... kids, just dont get codependent, meet your parents in the garden so you dont see the hirded stuff, dont get too emotional...
And who's there to pick up the pieces when something goes wrong inside?
She could have the most amazing yard sale, she could meet people, make a ton of money
Jake should take responsibility for his dog’s death- instead he seems to almost put the blame on the dog for not following him?!That poor dog would have made it out of the fire if there was no hoard in the way to get out. I’m sure he loves his dog but he should not have any pets if he cannot care for them responsibly. The dog he has now should not be chained up all the time. People should not have pets if they will not prioritize their care above the junk in their home. So sad 😞
Dear susan
Kemfroh
Omg 😳
Why ?
You know whats weird hoarding in Tokyo have they had any cases there.
Japanes has a massive issue with old houses being abandoned because the family do not want to take them on or are uable to pay back tax after a person dies and the population is falling in numbers. Meanwhile the Japanese continue to build and want new houses in part due to earth quake concerns of houses not being stable afterwards for sure and some Japanese houses are defintely hoarded. They are often clean but packed to the gunnels.
It’s a pity that people of today’s civilization can gradually end up living like this ! It is very easy to reach a point that it won’t leave the housekeeper room for a healthy life in their very house , especially after a serious illness or loss ! I wonder how the cleaners did their job without masks and protection outfit !!!
Hi ma'am from Philippines if I am there near you I will help you to clean your house ❤❤❤
Or they are lazy or they are having mental issues
they do have
" mental issues " . . . .
Someone please tell me this is scripted😳 I couldn’t believe this
3:35 did they mean to wear the same shirt 👚

You should video only one cleaning job at one time, trying to push too many makes the video confusing and boring
Lazy woman
🫂
breeding bubonic plague for sure..
Its very sad but pleease wear masks while cleaning... all the best to everyone
the problem is, this woman is lazy.......
@aurikatarina would be so happy to help that lady
I thought retirement is expensive how did ahe manage to buy all these ?
Do a garage sale
What freaks: same hair, same clothes....
I don't know, being a "piggy fuktoy" sounds miles freakier. Not sure you have any room to judge twins for dressing alike 😆
It's not about attire, that is irrelevant. It's about people helping people and having compassion for others.
