I broke my arm in two places. It has a plate now. My husband calls them my “bionics “! Lol I was scared coming home with a giant cast but it’s 100% now. Take it slow! Welcome home!

Glad to see Jonah was well enough to go home. He went through a tough time. So brave . He looked a little pale but he chose to go home to be with his family. What a great kid
It's so good to see the family altogether again! I can just see Jonah wanting to motorize his wheelchair and/or his Walker so that he can get out there And do chores with everyone
I know you’re getting tons of messages and I don’t want to bother you but I just wanted to send love, prayers and best wishes to your family. Jonah, I’m a nurse and I can attest to the fact that hip injuries are in the top 5 for severe pain. You are a champion!
And with a pain level of 2 after two surgeries! I'm so impressed with how well he's doing, pushing himself to get home and get better. Good for him!
You have amazing children.. You raised them right. And the bravery of Jonah is something else. Love that kid! Filled with joy that he was able to come home so fast! Way to go young man!!

When Justin carried Jonah from the wheelchair into the car it was such a special moment and it reminded me of when Justin was so ill and Jonah carried the weight of the farm duties.
We all get caught up with just getting through every single day in the best way we can but it is seeing how Justin and Jonah have such a special father and son relationship that we are so lucky to share these precious moments. Much love and peace to you all xxxx

Jonah has grown several years since he woke up a few days ago. It's beautiful to see the family pulling together. I felt every time you got the news that something else is wrong. We've all had the hospital visits with our children, spouses --parents. All that good home grown food, supplements & vitamins will be paying off with a strong, steady recovery. God bless you all!

I’m so happy Jonah is home. He’ll recover more quickly around family and familiar environment. We’ve been praying for you all.
He is a healthy young boy. He will heal quickly in leaps and bounds. My husband is a helicopter pilot for medical flight. He always says that patients he flies are healthy and recover quickly from trauma.

I'm glad that Jonah was able to go home relatively soon after his accident. Brings back memories, I was around his age in '84 when I was hit by a Crown Victoria travelling 60mph+ while on my bicycle. I spent 2 months in the hospital, nearly lost my lower left leg due to bone infection. 4 surgeries. Took over a year for the compound break to heal. Supersuck. Alas it was only temporary. Jonah don't be sad, your family is solid, your farm will nourish you back to health a lot quicker than the hospital.
Praise God Jonah is doing well! He's got a long way to complete healing & hopefully he will be able to rest & recuperate! Such a brave young man!! 🙏💕🙏

There is personnel that reviews each case and when doctors must discharge.
I’m sure he’d rather be at home than in a hospital any time. (Three days is probably the longest he’s ever been still. ) 😉
Insurance company's dont want to pay
Walking and peeing for most procedures are usually what you need to do. I had 3 c sections... 2 of which I was released in 36 hrs or less... and thats cutting tons of layers of muscles and skin and major incisions and ripping a human from your body. This seems pretty on par

It's hard having to go through surgery being a parent but when it's our babies having to have the surgery it's really hard and heartbreaking 💔 wishing fast recovery

Watching Jonah take those first steps brought back memories of my own experience after a severe accident and orthopedic surgery. It is truly a victory to be able to push past one's pain and fears. Jonah is a strong, brave young man and I pray he enjoys a full recovery from his injury.
I cried so much watching this. I fractured my spine just a few months ago & spent 12 days in hospital. I still have a long road to recovery but I was so happy just to go home. Jonah is going to do great. He’s young, strong & has amazing support. I’m 64 and slipped and fell off a cliff while hiking.

So happy he’s home. Medical emergencies are tougher when it’s your kids. Once with our toddler daughter grabbing a straw from her brother and poking a straw sized hole in her eye (below the retina), Twice with our son, getting stitches on his cheek and a freak accident during flag football resulting in finger surgery. Stressful times for parents (now grandparents).
Jonah, if you see buddy. Please take care of your parents. They are very sweet and loving. This journey for you all as been prolly very emotional. It’s making me emotional. Justin you and your wife are amazing parents. Your children are so, beautiful. God Bless y’all.
I know. Crying my eyes out. 🙂 Broke my ankle a few years back. Hated not getting around as easily as I was used. But, the Lord is good, and praying Jonah's serious injury will heal fast as he is a young 'un.

Get well soon Jonah as someone who has been through a leg injury on a dirt bike as well. You will get better brother and you will be able to walk and run the way you always had. Compression therapy on my legs helped during my physical therapy getting the blood flowing for good healing. At the end of the day I'm sure you will have a new appreciated for your own two legs. I know I have. God bless

We have been closely following his progress through this ordeal. Poor guy has been so strong! I had that same exact brace after labral tear surgery. Only 30 degrees of range for 6 weeks was rough but after that and lots of hard work at PT I was good as new. He will do even better being so young & strong. Praying for a speedy recovery!
