Absolutely yes.. it feels really stiff, no more notchy and wobble gear stick, it is really firm, less vibration, more precisely gear change than before.. It really improve the riding pleasure, feels like having a brand new car.. I recommend the rebuild

@@marc1634 silicon grease for the external part (red canister) and graphite grease for ball cage ( the same grease of cv joints)
