I work from home and love your quick standing workouts! Sometimes I want to just get away from my computer, stand up and get the blood quickly circulating without necessarily getting down onto the floor. It’s a great healthy break that doesn’t take too much time. 👍😉
Gorgeous routine. I absolutely love feeling the difference after stretching. Needed a standing stretch routine because being on the floor isn’t my thing. I can be on the floor, but I hate putting my hands all over the floor and a mat that my feet has been all over! So, tysm for this :)
I love your exercises! I am overweight and easily gets dizzy when i do exercises. When I come across your channel and videos, I immediately loved it! I don't get dizzy and nauseous. it's low impact but very helpful. I'm sweating and I love it! ♥♥♥

I think so, but I think it's better to search for high intensity trainings with stretching included and leaving this one for like days when you don't hit the work out

Love this stretching routine! It’s my go-to stretching routine every morning now and I feel more alert after waking up because of this. I’ve also added a little ankle rotation stretch when we’re doing the legs exercises at the end, whilst hugging our leg/knee and it’s good to work out those kinks in the ankles this way 😃 Thank you Lys! x
Thank you Lys for this workout i am using it as a bedtime workout as i am on weight watchers digital plan and i made it my goal to do a restorative stretch or some yoga workout every night before i sleep each night and i have to admit its a lot easier said than done haha i found it hard to do so far this week its the weekend now so i will be starting as of right now try and get myself in the habit of doing it nightly sunday and into next week better to be late in doing it then to never do it so big thanks to you Lys love Steph🙂.
