What does steering offset do when you move the Heim joint at the bottom of the steering column

you said its the 2nd run of them, do you know what they changed? i got a set couple months back and first time i went to dismount it bent the lip. on 2 out of 4.

Sorry man, i would take a USA made welded wheel, over a china made no weld wheel any day of the week. China metals arent that great, and when trying to get a bead to pop on, ill trust good ol' American metal.
