Sounds like float is sticking or not sealing off the fuel maybe in proper float Height. Have to remove the carb and float bowl to inspect

Cheers mate the lad I bought it off said I've flooded the bike.. I tuck the carburetor off and loads off petrol came out off the bottom off it were the float is. I hoping that's fixed it ilk take it for another run out as its brandnew. How would u no if your float is sticking mate

I dont think all the carb pistons have a lock down clip for.the needle at least a few carbs i have done didnt have them maybe someone never put them back.in maybe why the bike was hard to start and leeaked like the floats would always leak

The motor had some issues and then they send us a new one under warranty

That float is called a float for a reason because it floats you have some grime on it that needs to be cleaned makes the float heavy an will not float right
