    I enjoy your neighborhood videos, Danny. I was born and raised here in San Diego and I am still finding places I never knew, even at my age.

      Thank you Jeff! I appreciate hearing that you’re enjoying them 😁 there will definitely be more obscure places that I had to really research to find

    Great video Danny. How nice to get a tour of these neighborhoods that get over looked. I like how you go deeper into the vibe and reality of the place and not just sound like a glossy brochure of "Everything is perfect here." I almost ended up in Fashion Hills. The views are amazing. Thanks for sharing.

    I used to ride that mtb trail daily on my old commute to 10656 Roselle St! I recognized it the second the video came on. Awesome videos Danny!! Miss commuting by bike.

    Enjoyed this video. Being on a tight budget where in Kearny Mesa should I consider looking at an apt, condo or townhouse to rent?

      The community of Spectrum is your best bet! Avion apartments are pretty budget friendly & Ariva apartments.

    Pacific ridge doesn't get confused with Mira Mesa. It is part of Mira Mesa ;)

    How can you still even buy a house in California? The media always tells us that everyone is fleeing California, but prices don't come down. So if they were really fleeing there would be a lot of supply and prices would come down. I have been looking for a house to buy for more than 2 years now and I thought the prices were bad 2 years ago. Now it just feels like a nightmare that had been unfolding.

      It definitely has gone way up... It mostly is an inventory problem. The media is usually behind on what's actually going on the market. Hope you were able to find the right home.

    You really need spouses that both make over six figures to afford these places. Do you think the supply will be higher than the demand in the next couple years due to all the renters defaulting on their leases because of covid?

    • @MovingtoSanDiego278
      @MovingtoSanDiego278  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I believe it is inevitable that the market has to stop rising at some point. It is entirely possible, but really hard for me to say that a large majority renters will start defaulting on their leases. Once the eviction process commences this July we'll see the effects of COVID on the housing market. In these particular neighborhoods mentioned in the video, I don't see a fire sale occurring. Especially as you mentioned, most of whom live in the area earn a dual income of six figures and above.
