Another fantastic video my fiend. I absolutely loved that you included some of the downsides of living there. No place is perfect, but it sucks to not know what to expect from a neighborhood one is moving into.
What would it cost a single guy for a one bedroom one bathroom. Doesn’t have to be the biggest place but also don’t want it to be the smallest. I might re locate and sell cars over there. I currently work for Kia! If you answer, thank you!
@@szayto5745 Its definitely going to range depending on how nice the unit is (Upgraded or not) but I've seen places as low as $1500 for privately owned condo's that might not be as nice. The average would be around $1800-$1900. Another option for space would be to find a roommate rent a 2BR split the costs and would potentially keep you around the $900-$1300 mark. Hope this was helpful.
@@danny_quesada thank you! So I’m thinking about re locating to San Diego but I’m trying to live alone. Any apartments around 1500 a month around this address (looking to sell cars for Kia) 7303 Clairemont Mesa Blvd
Good and informative video. I like how you mention pros and cons .Many years ago when I lived in SD I went to Mission valley to shop. I did see a Padres game once.
Great informative video! I’m actually moving to Del Mar from the north east. But I heard this is where all the shopping is 👍 looking forward to viewing more of your clips!
Very nice! Glad you enjoyed it :) definitely will have more coming soon. Del Mar's beautiful one of my favorite places is Monarch (with a gorgeous view of the ocean)
I live in south San Diego. I check out this place out, and this is the place for me to live in near future. It's something I dream about living there. 😃
I drove by that Costco yesterday around noon and the line for gas was just as bad. I really don't get it. Is Costco gas that much cheaper people are waiting in line on a weekday at noon?
Hi Shannon, thanks for commenting! Glad you enjoyed. 2/2 can range in mission valley from $2200-$3200 in rent (i know thats a wide range) so it'll largely depend on the complex, amenities, and upgrades. Some of the more popular complexes within Mission Valley (Not in order of preference just listing) 1. Del Rio 2. The Village 3. Society My personal favorite is actually in a community close by Ariva in Kearny Mesa which is about 10 - 15 minutes north. Gives great value, but not too crazy high end on prices. Reach out to me via email if you need any additional resources! Danny.Quesada@exprealty.com
@@danny_quesada thank you so much for your response. I will definitely take you up on the offer since I am trying to move from Sacramento and looking for an apartment online is a bit stressful.

Yes sir! Thank you as always for your feedback. I really appreciate you watching. Have a great weekend!
Another great video Danny! Lived here my entire life and you still show me new things. Had no idea about the Civita tunnel.
Its certainly a sight to see! Especially sunsets. Glad you are finding value in the videos Jeff 😃

I dream of going back home to my birthplace with my two children one day. I pray we be happy safe and protected there one day soon
Praying for you as well!

You can do it!
Appreciate the advice on the Living Spaces furniture store Danny.
😉🤜🏼🤛🏼
Absolutely glad you found it helpful! Thank you for watching!
Regarding the SDSU west overhead map you showed. Where the heck are fans going to park and tailgate?
Not entirely sure I'll have an updated video as soon as they are nearing the end of construction of the SDSU stadium.
I love Civita. I ride my bike through the neighborhood because I live down the street from it. Now I want to live there lol.
I love it too! Such a beautiful community to visit especially at night!
Awesome job dan and I looking an awesome house in San Diego to have a lot room
Nice! Let me know if I can help in any way :-)
Ok

It is a considerable difference, but not worth the time sitting there... The construction also doesn't help with the congestion of that area.
Civita is REALLY bomb in person. Imperial Beach would love a vid lol didn’t get to come back once last year because of COVID
It really is hard to show off Civita without actually seeing it. Definitely the Southern Communities need more love! I appreciate you watching
DQSD in the clutch! Lets dive into san diego...
You know it brother! Lets gooo!
I heard the mean home buying but what about rental prices? Looking for a 2/2. Enjoyed the video, very informative.
