In real life, that would be one kid needing a LOT of therapy.
I don’t think he would be staying at home either, they would fear retaliation and hide the family.
There’s 666 likes on this .-.
Yes; he would!
@taurnguard Ihighly doubt a massage would help. Plus, I think it’s illegal to give a kid that age a massage. It borders on child molestation.
Basically every L&O episode is based on real cases. There is a kid who needs a loooooooooot of therapy.
In the real life event, the kid was relocated and changed his name, and the kid’s uncle was arrested for leaving the gun where the kid could get it.
So it wants as terrible in real life
@@CC-vw6rp I think the parents/guardians suffer some sort of penalty if the kid is 12 or under. I think the kids get sent for some kind of therapy or something of that sort...then again I was taught this over 20 years ago so things may have changed.
what real life event?? i hate when people talk about a case study in the comments but not actually give info
I have heard of cases where the government has put children as young as 8 in prison.
what case was this??
He accidentally kills a classmate and gets killed as retaliation by a 12 year old boy at the end. The cycle never ends.
Welcome to the Gaza Strip
Where is the episode where he gets killed ?
@@channelKiaMonae who, deluca??
@@btsarmyzona8541 I'm assuming that's his name. The little boy who they thought shot the girl at recess ?
@@channelKiaMonae i think s2 e5 it’s called “baby killer”
Man this poor kid, he accidentally kills his classmate who was a 6 year old girl, wittiness a murder and he’s not even 8 years old! This kids gonna be traumatized for life
I think he ends up killed by a 9 year old by the end of the episode
@@ayameisastar Correct, think it was by a black 9 year old who did it to avenge the girl. Or just for killing a black kid in general, I can't quite remember. But I do remember this Episode, man it was one of the heavy ones and then some.
@@ayameisastar uh not he wasn’t the kid who killed him was twelve dude/dudette.
Im pretty sure it was the girl s brother that killed him
@@LilMermaidPrincess nah it was a random kid who was mad that wasn't getting any jail time and shot him. Saying it was just what he did
Stabler is so gentle w/ that boy. Even though he shot a classmate.
It was accidental. He didn't shoot the girl on purpose.
@@increasepeace4996 Stabler is still very gentle w/ him.
He’s always been good with children

"I didn't want him to kill me too"
Can that kid be praised for his performance? He acted all of his scenes very realistically as a real kid would in such events, not as if he was reading, not over the top, just like a real kid.
I remember this episode. Kid gets off but in the end he goes out to play in the street and some other kid kills him for revenge cuz he got off.
Thats what the killer said but that kid was actually part of the gang
They showed him as the lookout earlier in the episode
Revenge cause he got off ? .......as in ?????

@@aieshagomes4800 he wasn't charged
You make it sound like the kid is a criminal that got off easy
I feel so sad for the boy, he’s a victim himself
Dang. The realism here. That kid actor is good.
This chapter is so bitter and it's end... ugh! It's never gonna end
This kid actor is amazing!
Not to mention ✨ADORABLE!✨ he looks so much like one of the kids I watch in daycare
Man this entire episode breaks my heart, Carly & Elias were both good kids & both of them end up dead way before their time. They were both victims & it’s not fair what happens to them.
If a bribe is the first thing he thinks of with the expectation that it will work - there's a problem with the beat cops that requires some very serious investigation
This whole episode hit me in the feels so unbelievable hard. The kid was just scared. This also had one of the most gut wrenching moments beings out of anything I’ve seen from Law & Order SVU. 😢
I only heard her voice at first but I immediately knew it was Callie 😂
same
lol
I just realized it’s the actor who also plays Callie!!!
She is 😁😁
From?

This episode was so sad. The kid had seen his nanny's son get involved with bad people and using the gun on them. When hes in school, he sees one of the bad people making their way to the place where children were playing. He finds a gun and fires it to scare that bad person, but it accidentally ends up killing a frined of his. The girl's parents forgive the boy because they believe he's innocent, but then a boy from the locality the girl's living in comes and shoots Elias to death saying they all say that to escape sentence. When in reality, he had nothing to do with it. He was just aping what he had seen his nanny's son do, scaring enemies. Poor Elias 😢 What's scarier is you have people like the boy who shot Elias not accepting that there are people who are innocent and might not have committed a crime, but instead go behind them, leaving the actual culprits aside
POOR BABY BOY!!!! Hope he did not get as messed up as Branch did after singing killed his grandma!😭😭😭
this kid is a good actor.
Of all the episodes I've ever watched, this one broke me in two. I feel absolutely awful for that little boy.
Watch the episode Indifference Law & Order S1e10 a 6 year old girl is murdered by her parents that episode is based on the Lisa Steinberg murder in 87
Everytime I watch a Law an Order episode I find a big star at the begining of their carreer.
Kid's way of communicating through drawing and coloring
Spoiler
The episode ends with Elias being declared innocent, but then he gets killed or injured by a fellow student who was mad about it. He's seen being pushed by cops while yelling that "you don't get to kill a sister and walk away"
He gets killed unfortunately
did he die?
@@angeles.8419 I researched the episode again and yes he did unfortunately. Just after he was supposed to go home to his parents after the charges were dropped
I honestly laughed. All that for Nuthin

Stabler is so gentle. I want him to treat me that way also.
Their kid actors are incredible!

such a sad episode, had me in tears throughout 😭
One of the first SVU episodes that I watched.
Wonderful acting by all cast ❤
I am more than happy to help police by being a total snitch on a criminal than keeping silent if I don't want to
The detective is That is the dude from Happy! He looked great back in this show too!
Wow lol. I’ve always remembered him as this role and then he moved to HAPPY! He should’ve kept the beard. He looks good with it.
How do you not know law & order svu the show has been on since 1999 and he also play in OZ
That kid is adorable and talented, getting me emotional
the only ep that i can't rewatch becaue is so hurting
Little baby callie😳😂
This whole episode is heartbreaking, the ending is devastating. Very difficult to watch.
This episode had such a sad ending.
Yeah realistically police just gave Nicky Crow a very easy lawsuit for wrongful arrest
Dr. Torres you have patients
This episode was so sad 😢
Yoh the ending of this episode was sad. He didnt deserve that.
When innocence meets evil.
I think this episode was based off two real life events. One being the the murder of a young chicago boy nic-named gummy. He as only 11 and to be initiated in a gang, he had to kill someone. He killed a little girl and went into hiding. When the kid was found, he was arrested but let go. The gang thought he would snitch and killed him. The character Wallace from the Wire was also based off him. so sad
I remember when SVU use to be so twisted. Now all we see are politician/prostitute storylines
I see what you mean
doesn't matter a criminals age, murder is murder.
This kid is brilliant
Ah yes young Dr. Torres.
2:17 fun fact pillows can’t suppress gunshots
He meant the sounds
Mariska looks so concerned :(
Kids a great actor!!!
I remember this
One of my favorite movie

It sad the end of this Law and Order episode here. Despite the court case it ends in tragic.
Their attorney was the M.E. on OG Law & Order before Rodgers.
Poor kid
I remember this show
Call it a class B felony 🤣
Oh doctor Torres!
Give me a shot in a room I'll find something out
Thats what all criminals say to justify themselves : "I'm a business man" .
At the end there I'm happy to see that Stabber (sp??) had good gun control. He made sure not to flag Benson.
Callie 😊
The video ended 😭
Why they got him in a pig mask while he's pointing out dangerous perps? Like could you be anymore sus? 🤣
Wait, did they really take a child with them to find Machete?
Right!
Well he’s the only one to identify them
I understand the family's pain that's there son
when i was a kid (like 4th grade) i got pulled in by the school guidance counselor bc i had drawn people getting shot. he did this like textbook super gentle intro to try and coax me into talking about what the picture was about. He got subjected to me infodumping about Batman.
