Update: I commented on this video 10 months ago, (I commented as ZaxIsDank,) I discovered a talent and skill for real estate and temporarily quit TH-cam (I'm returning as a financial motivation channel.) Long story short, this was one of the first videos I watched when I dreamed about having an office, now soon, it's about to become real. I'm going to be remodeling some offices in Texas and Georgia in the next 6-12 months and this progress has become humbling. Came across this video again, and just wanted to say thanks for the motivation!!
