    This doctor has great vibes. You can tell her genuinely cares about each and every one of us, just like a true healer. His instructions were clear, his voice was calming, and his compassion is contagious. This goes beyond TMJ stretches and extends to mental and spiritual health, as well. Great job, Adam Fields!

      I started to cry at the end. I got so emotional. There are days where you think it will never go away. You live in silence because nobody understands you. You can’t chew right. Your jaw sags. Throws your walking off because you’re not walking right. I deal with SI joint pain too. It’s all a vicious cycle. Sometimes you feel so alone.

    Hello everyone!! I have been doing this routine for now 2 months, every nite, before bedtime and big help with my tmj.. i will keep on doing it as it strengthens my jaw muscle,which is amazing!! Thank u so much Dr Adam!! Consitency is very impt and being patient.. i feel amazing doing this and i will keep on!! ❤❤❤

    Dr. Fields, I have been suffering with TMJ issues since finishing Invisalign late last year. After months of pain, constant ringing in the ears, and so many visits to ENTs, dentists, and doctors I found your videos. I did one of your videos and the very next day I was pain free. I have since been doing two of your videos per day as you recommend. Your videos have taken my despair and given me qualify of life back.     I’ve been wearing a night guard for 1.5 years and 3 days viewing these videos has given me more relief than anything else. Muscle relaxers didn’t help, thc, cbd, yoga, exercising. “Stress relief” is subjective. These have helped me tremendously!!

    Thankyou so very much for sharing the TMJ exercise on youtube.
    I have been suffering from this problem since many years, but no dentist told me , why my jaw is not opening properly on one side. I learned about TMJ through internet, and came to know that the only solution is exercise.
    Meanwhile my problem worsened when a clicking in the jaw started troubling me. Your suggested exercises are making me feel better.

    I’m blown away. Been having a clicking and popping jaw for about 8-9 months. Was tired of the loud and jarring noise from TMJ and the discomfort I had from it too. As a vocalist it made everything hard when I’d hear the popping and my jaw would deviate.
    My first time I watched this video, all of my popping was gone as soon as I was done watching. Since then I’ve used this video everytime the popping gets bad and unbearable. And so far the same result each time. Truly the best video for TMJ

    This is great. I do these every day now. I wore a nightguard for YEARS and I don't feel the relief like when I do these exercises. It even helped my neck strain also. Thanks doc, you are a saint for doing this and making it available on You Tube.

    This is helping my neck and the back of my headaches go away ive had it for 5 days hopefully it will be gone by the end of the week thanks for all the help i appreciate it at first i thought it was a tension headache but doing neck excersizes is helping me alot im no longer dizzy

    I woke up today with an extremely sore TMJ and this video popped up in my recommendation list. I have been using the first 2 TMJ videos for help on an almost daily basis, it's so great to see that Dr Fields still uploads new content for this TMJ.
    The tongue workout in this video works like magic. I paused the video and continued for an extra min and now I'm feeling a lot better.

    AMAZING! I literally can't stop staring at my face in disbelief, I had a golf ball sized knot on my left jaw, it was alot more noticeable when I clenched or chew but after barely 3 days of consistently doing just one TMJ video, the first one you released in the series. And also the eustachian tube video, my face is like almost symmetrical, the knot have drastically gone down.
    Neck pain is barely there, only if I sit infront of the computer for too long (working on it 😅)
    My hip and knee pains have reduced DRASTICALLY, I could barely walk a few days ago without intense pain and now I'm ready for low load exercises at the gym! I honestly thought I would need braces & jaw surgery because of how uneven my face and bite was.
    Turns out it was just super tight!
    Sorry for the long comment, I'm just happy

    Hi Adam, I was having a problem with excess saliva, drying my lips, to the extent that I couldn't speak. After doing your exercises, I am over the moon to tell you that I can now speak! Hooray, and thank you very much indeed for all your TMJ, neck, shoulder and core exercises. I still have a long way to go with my spine generally but I will continue with your exercises. I found your TH-cam channel yesterday and did my first exercise routine for my teeth grinding and jaw popping. It helped just after one session.     I have just started practicing your excersises for TMJ on the recommendation from my dentist. I have been plauged with chronic pain in the jaw for about 15 months and I am thrilled to report that I am getting release from my pain. I am able to release the jaw when it cramps up by doing one of your suggesed "tonge " excerises. THANKS!!!

    Had my lower wisdom tooth extracted yesterday and REALLY dislike taking painkillers. I realized most of my pain was due to jaw tension and not the incision site itself (everyone is different). Thanks Dr Cutie I can actually open my mouth wide enough to eat a decent meal 24 hours after my surgery because of this video!

    Thank you so much. You're a blessing. My jaw been popping up a lot these days, i can hear it. I also can't eat because my mouth and jaw can't open. Thank you for your videos, it helps me ease it and eventually eat some foods. Now, I'm gonna do all of your exercises till I'll be pain free.

    At first, I was very sceptical, and somewhat annoyed by this gentleman's soothing voice, like I'm supposed to let go and suddenly not be pissed off on all the things happening in my life. But in time, I regained faith in getting better, and now listening to this beautiful, soft, soothing and mind calming voice while doing the exercises is the best part of my day. Thank You Sir, You are an international treasure to people - those who almost lost all of their hope. I'm gonna hit the neck programme next week.     Hey doc thank you so much , you gave me a new hope. I m having temple pain from last 1 years tried everything but all in vain. suddenly open your videos today experience all of them and it works my temple and back headache disappear.

      ​@@dradamfields Thank you Doc , I have temple pain, headache(Sometimes at back and top of head), Ringing sound in left ear, pain in temple with eating in past and anxious feelings , Although I don't have any pain or discomfort in jaws. these symptoms are more related with temperature when I keep my head and ear warm with hat even with 24 C external temperature then I feel better otherwise even with fan air I m having the above issues. I have history of Anxiety, teeth grinding at night although not these days , nail biting and removed Wax from ears in recent past. I am getting better and feeling relax with exercising these 4 videos, but again having the above symptoms with cold temperature or exposing my head in open atmosphere to air.
      Is it TMJ disorder or any other , kindly throw some light on this , will be highly thankful ..
      My Doctors always associated this with tension headache.
      and shall I keep exercising these videos. waiting for your valuable reply .

    2nd night doing these exercises and stretches for popping jaw. I have an appointment at the end of the month withan specialist. I never had tmj symptoms until I started Invisalign treatment. It pops laoud on right side only. I read magnesium glycinate can also help with tmj. I have faith that with consistency and time my bite will go back to normal.
    I will report soon if I feel improvement.

    wow ive had this pain in my jaw since i had my braces taken off, the pain turned into a very annoying click after a while i exercised with this video now and i feel really relieved thanks for all the positive energy in this video. peace!

    I didnt know that clicking/popping was not normal. I've lived with it my whole life! Still not past it, but I have noticed a huge improvement in it from these videos!

      @@artbykritika5487 Hi yes it cleared after about a week. I've carried on with the exercises on a regular basis. Good luck I hope it works for you. Mine was caused by the build up of stressors over time, probably jaw clenching at night

      @@JagdevSingh-fs9fzmy jaw clicking has disappeared but I was eating normally. It was tension in my jaw and clenching my jaw at night that caused the TMJ

    i cant find my original post but to follow up, today is day 5 of these exercises. Woke up not as much pain and less clicking. Was very soar from doing this work out for first few days, finally getting use to it.

      Way to push through and get results. TMJ 3 is a little less intense if you need it. Otherwise, keep it up.

    My tmj flares up super bad when the temperature changes. Its been one day hot one day cold this summer so my jaw has been PAINFUL. My GP genuinely said just take painkillers as there's nothing I can do. So thanks for a solution! Some exercises hurt too much and make my jaw popping worse, but ive been mixing and matching from the videos to see what works. Thank you!

    I am under my husbands acct,but I am a 55 year old female who has suffered off and on all her life.Right now I have the most horrible things going on because of a bad flare up.I am averaging 4 or less hours of sleep per night because all I hear is loud tinnitus,but strangley a thumping vibrating sound and feeling that is just torture every second of the day.My neurologist says it could be pushing on my nerves to the eyes,trigeminal nerve and such.I get piercing pain across my face out of nowhere and them it leaves.The sound and thumping is horrendous.Since Dec.Going crazy.Its like my face is on a huge dose of caffeine.My jaw is making noise when I open and deviates to one side.I hate this.But I am here for a reason and saved this video to do.I try to do all the right things,expensive guard and such,but it always comes around again.Feel sorry for anyone who deals with this.

    I have a jaw problem I couldn't open my mouth so I did several physiotherapy sessions at a kinitherapeut for 8 months but I haven't really had good results,, Accidentally I discovered your video and I did it twice a day for 4weeks,, Now I can open my mouth and the pain has reduced you are angel doctors thank you so much❤️💜
    Doctor FYI,, Recently I developed that I have TMJ osteoarthritis (result of MRI) Do I keep doing these exercises? What do you advise me doctor? What should I do as a next step, Knowing that my doctor will inject a plasma in the my ATM🙂

    Omg I got so emotional at the end. I started to cry!!! 😞
    There are times I wish I never had my bone graft and dental implant done. Ever since then my left side has been a mess. There are times I feel like my face will never be the way it used to look. It just gives you such depression. Thick puffy cheek. Your symmetry is all off balance. You can’t smile correctly in pix. The pain many people have. The stories break my heart. I don’t have all the pain, it’s all the swelling tho. The saggy jaw line. My left side of face is completely different than right. It’s like 2 faces now. 😢😢😢😢😢

    After 2-3 years I found out this was because of my hip, si joint area, anterior pelvic tilt and high hip on one side...Soo my neck twisted and those muscles started to mess up. Just in case anyone was wondering...
