  • Support your body’s ability to swallow and sing with exercise:
Better tongue posture with massage & strengthening exercises.
Improve your swallow with throat exercises.
Decrease adhesions going to your larynx (voicebox)
    Improve hyoid bone tracking.
Infrahyoid and suprahyoid muscle stretching and toning.
When doing these videos, gauge your ability to swallow, see if you are choking less on your food and listen to the sound of your voice. If there is any pain, discomfort or worsening of your symptoms, stop immediately. These are meant, when it is possible, to be done while under the care of a chiropractor, dentist, speech therapist or myofunctional therapist that is well versed in your challenge.
*These videos and my comments are not meant to diagnose your problem. No promises are made for your success just a way to address your throat, jaw, tongue, hyoid, muscles and not a treatment for your condition.

I've been doing your v1 and v2 throat exercises, Dr Adam Fields. Totally feel the throat opening up and years of tension just melting away. Such a great way to just stop and pull up for daily maintenance. Not sure if this makes any sense but this is also reducing the symptoms of my Eustachian Tube Dysfunction.
My entire family gets involved in your videos, thank you so much for them. You really are a great doctor.

❤❤❤Hi doctor my partner was wanting to die due to choking and thinking no doctor can help her!!!!! She has seen many doctors here in the uk.
Then I researched in Utube and saw lots of rubbish videos and after so much wasting of time I found your video.
    . It’s changed her life.
And changed my life cause when she is pain free I feel so happy and uplifted cause I love her beyond words.
If I ever see you I will hug u as my son and she will too.
I am begging the Creator to bless not just your family but you especially.
Humble and bowing to the creator to have made you with this special skill to help humanity. May He look after your family more than us and everyone else alive.

Hi Adam I suffer Parkinson’s and it has just started to affect my voice and swallowing. I was participating in another TH-cam program called Parkinson’s voice project but it did not offer any exercises only using my voice with intent and speaking loudly. Maybe a combination of both will help me even more and I have already completed your first and second videos twice so I’m quite positive it will alleviate my issues. Regards Burt from Australia.

Hey Adam, I am from India. and i have been working to find my voice for almost two years... I am a singer, so initially i thought if i do some vocal exercises i can fix it. But i was wrong, and also it got worse... and i realized that i even have difficulty while speaking, so i thought it was some breathing problem and did some yoga.. didn't help at all. So that's when i sow your videos... and i did give a try for few days and it worked :) OMG finally i can speak free, without any difficulty. I am so happy and i really wanna thank you.
You are a lifesaver. And do you recommend any other exercises to keep it flowing??

Adam, can you tell me which exercises in particular might help to reduce the amount of saliva I am producing, which is abnormally high. I am rotating around your TMJ, neck and shoulder exercises and now these throat opening ones. The excess saliva is drying my lips while I sleep causing them to swell and I am unable to speak. Homing in on the exercises which help this the most would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Adam. You are amazing, the way you have understood how the human body functions. I have this sensation on throat when i swallow saliva like burning i don't know to explain and tightness on the neck under the chin. I also have septum devistion on my right and always had the problem more saliva or mucous on cold wheather but this burning or tightness sensation it didn't happen before.
