    One in every 3 people have vitamin D deficiency. This is because vitamin d is an essential nutrient for our body which is necessary for bone formation, muscle contraction, & to maintain a healthy immune function.
    Vitamin D deficiency has become very common. If you do not pay attention to it, it can lead to health issues. Many people do not understand that they have vitamin D deficiency.       Thank You ...Vitamin D deficiency causes rickets in children and will precipitate and exacerbate osteopenia, osteoporosis, and fractures in adults. Vitamin D deficiency has been associated with increased risk of common cancers, autoimmune diseases, hypertension, and infectious diseases.
