    My 8 year old and 1 year old practice Qi Gong through your videos and they have began to heal my littles anxiety and depression.       Love to here that. I know how it feels and had crippling anxiety just hit me out of the blue. I knew Qi gong from practising martial arts but practising with this amazing teacher just amplified the effect. Wish you the best.

    Yep, after 5 minutes the extreme burning pain in all the muscles in my legs definitely distracted me from any anxiety.

      You traded up though. I'm in a little more than a week. It still burns but it's better than carrying anxiety.

    On my sisters recommendation, she has been doing Quigong since the start of the pandemic, i have just started these exercises and i feel so much more relaxed. I think i may have a normal life returning 🙏

    I live in Buenos Aires Argentina , and I have two masters in tao exercises and yoga tantrico , and meditation. But in this moment for the pandemic I practice at home and I started with Qigong practice too. Thank you for your session. I ´m 62 years old, and all the practice are very good for my body, brain and spirit

    I took a online martial arts class and ex Navy SEAL used some of these same movements for warm up, cool down and in between the ballistic stuff. Thank you Brother Insight🙏

    Honestly this exercise helped me so much, my arms started tingling with the first arm shake and I knew it was working to relieve my anxiety. I will definitely be doing this practise daily before I go to work!

    I've only recently discovered your channel and, although I've been practising Qi gong for sometime, I have not until now found such a comprehensive guide to mastering the flow of Chi. Thank you for your many video courses and I wish you and all your students to "float like clouds and flow like water" in their Qigong daily practices. 🙏

    I enjoyed this video of course for the moves & breath is offers, it does help me to feel more centered, grounded and calm. Thank you! But I also noticed and loved the background of the dramatic dark clouds that reminded me of being calm even with the anxiety of the dark clouds and threat of rain. This made me smile and appreciate! Plus the happy dogs.

    This is wonderful - i was in an accident a few years ago - and my body gets painful and stiff very easily now, once i get moving i'm good - but getting there is hard some days, this is great for that Thankyou

    It has taken me six times of doing this before I could truly stand on my toes without falling forward. My balance, which was once very good, has been off. Being in my sixties isn't easy. But my past athletic build is still with me. I just need to firm it back up. This is helping tremendously without a lot of movement.

    Thanks to you, i am in love with Qigong and have started to do it every morning right after i wake up ♥️ makes me feel better and improves my productivity. I
    finished all things i have to do and snooze for 2-3 months and i finished them all only in a day..
