absolutley brilliant man i got patellar tendonitis while doing this machine , thatstill causing inner quadricep (left knee) pain while doing leg extensions(post work out DOMS lasts days) , any tip?
Great tutorial. Let me ask you a question about the speed/cadence of the movement during the exercise: Would you suggest a certain cadence in the concentric and eccentric phase of the movement? (2-0-2-0 or 4-0-2-0) or is how fast you move irrelevant as long as you are at or near failure? Thanks!
Thank you for your comment and question Andre. I do not recommend that level of attention to tempo (actually counting seconds). Not only that can take away your focus from the set, there's no benefit to it. Just make sure you control every part of the rep (no momentum), be mindful with the stretch (eccentric) and powerful on the concentric (lifting phase) that's it. Hope that helps.

Most of my training is on different machines. Thank you
Greetings
Thanks for your comment William. I understand. The principles of good leg press technique will still apply for all leg press machines.

I think I sit too close. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for your comment. See if a spot further away is more comfortable.
