    Hey man thank you for the videos. Im 400 lbs and just starting in the gym so learning the proper form for the machines is beneficial.

    Great Tutorial.
    allow me to ask one question: Would you advise to do he Lying or seated Hamstring curl, for those who have the option?

      Thanks for your comment and question. In theory the seated curls might be better for hypertrophy as they challenge the hamstrings more in their lengthened range compared to the lying curls. I recommend trying both, incorporating both/rotating them depending on your overall programme and other lower body exercises you have planned. Hope that helps.
