First Journal Spread in My Flip Book-Journal with me process video

Today I’m working in my new flip book journal. I’m taking inspiration from a beautifully marked book page given to me by Linda Brun @lindabrunstudio, one of my #TradingPaperPals, and finishing the page with a long-ago decorated playing card. I love finding a home in my journals for things I’ve made in the past and this little gem looks like it was made just for this page!

I love the look of the liquid ink. Do you ever use Distressed ink stain sprays? Just wondering which you like better or if you think one is more diverse than the other?

I have used the Distress Oxide Sprays. I like them but they will reactivate they get wet, so you have to consider that when using them.

You just get a feel for when it feels finished. Or you don't know what else to do and so you walk away and come back later. LOL!
