If we don't do any exercise pain will increase for sure leading to surgery and medications, so exercises are must for healthy lifestyle.

Don't do straight leg raise exercises in acute pain. It will irritate sciatic nerve and will increase the pain. Better use nerve gliding or nerve flossing exercises. These are safe and effective.

Starting k Jo 3 our 5 exercise bataye wo actually mai galat hai usey nurvs our irritate hoke dard karti hai..
Jab road block hoti hai kya vech pass ho sakti hai .you know better why are you Gumrah to janta
Exactly I felt the pain after doing this straight leg directly upward direction ⬆️ it increases severe pain so avoid doing this u can try other one
