    Great. Blessings to u. Since 91 m suffering from slip disc problem. Today in d mg while lifting an empty bucket I suddenly pushed my disc out. N I was in to a severe pain. Now after watching u I jst did exercise twice n feeling much better. Thankuuuuuuuu sooooo much Dr. Nicely n patiently explained.

    Really very helpful video for disc Bulge. I have been having a disc Bulge in L5S1 since 1 year. After your advised physiotherapy I am having relief in pain. Please suggest that I should drive my bike. The doctor advised that please avoid riding the bike. Please suggest.

    I got pain when i'm standing, walking and also when in bed. It started 4 years ago. MRI report showed L5-S1 herniation. Pains are at right leg and in right arm. Give some suggestions please!??

    You are God sir. I am 36 yrs female and got L4,L5, L5-S1, disc bulge in MRI and my doctor told spine surgery straight away. I was fully down and lost hopes in life. But later started watching all your videos. And slowly got some hope. And also took 7 days physiotherapy and did all the exercises suggested by you. Now within 15 days, I feel quiet normal.     I have watched so so so many videos, from AthleanX, Jeff Nippard and all the fitness knowledgeables. They convey good information, but in this video, I COULD GAIN ALL THE INFORMATION OF 3 4 HOURS IN JUST ONE VIDEO IN PERFECT SEQUENCE AND WITH PERFECT BACKGROUND INFORMATION. I am experiencing disc slip after squatt, earleir I had sciatica, a lot of exercises are similar for this. And I bet these are gonna help me.

    Hi, I was suffering through herniated disc for long. I would recommend one exercise that changed my life.
    Step 1: Lie on your back on a mat , then slowly pull up your knees and bring them up to your chest . Hold this position for 30 secs.
    Step 2: Perform a Cobra pose and hold it for 30 secs.
    Perform this 5 times and you ll definitely see the difference.

    Kindly advise exercise for: (1)Mild diffuse posterior disc bulge at L4-5 and L5-SI levels.
    Indenting the thecal sac abutting bilateral traversing nerve roots.
    (2) Straightening of lumbar spine could be due to muscle spasm

    I had herniated disc 28 years back. My pain never travelled downward. However few years back I observed that from the hip to ankle , on right side, an inch wide path became numb. Later similar thing was observed on the left side too. A few years back tingling developed in both the soles extended to toes later. Now I feel incontinence in bowls. Is this due to herniated problem. Please guide to get it of this discomfort.i am now 80

      You have most likely developed cause equina and will need to be operated as soon as possible because this is an emergency situation

    LUMBAR SPINE SCREENING
    Bilateral spondylolysis seen at L5 level with no evidence of spondylolisthesis.
    Disc desiccation is noted at L5-S1 levels.
    No abnormal marrow signal is noted. No definite fracture, erosion, sclerosis or collapse of vertebra se No evidence of spondylo-lysis/spondylo-listhesis.
    Posterior disc bulge is noted at L5-S1 level, abutting bilateral exiting nerve roots.(R>L) Lower spinal cord appears normal. Conus ends at L1 level.
    No evidence of intraspinal mass.
    No prespinal or paraspinal soft tissue abnormality seen.

    Sir you explained everything so simple that I could finally got some idea whether I have fresh bulge or chronic. Mine is chronic and started sciatica on left leg since 2020. Its getting worse to the point I am not able to do even household chores. That means I have stenosis too right ?

    सर, नमस्कार।मैने जबसे आपका यह भिडिउ देखा है मैं प्रभावित हुआ हुं।इस विडियो को बहुत बार देखा।और समझने की कोशिश किया। मेरे स्पाइनके यानी कमरके बिचोंबिच छोटा-सा काला दाग है। मुझे उठने बैठने में कोई कठिनाई नहीं।मगर सुबह उठकर चलना आरंभ करता हुँ तो कमर दर्द आरम्भ होता है।ज्यादा समय खडे होने से या बैठने से होता है।शरीर गरम होता है और हात पैर में झुनझुन होती है। कृपया मुझे एक्सरसाइज बतायें।🙏🙏

    Hi Sir, my friend has disc protrusion at L5-S1 and central canal stenosis. He is in the chronic phase and finds relief with standing and walking in contrast to bending forward. We have tried all your recommended exercises. However they all cause flaring or pain except Mckenzie and bird dog
    Do you know why this is?

    Diffuse IV-disc bulge with posterocentral protrusion is seen at L4-L5 (7.2mm) level
    causing thecal sac indentation with effacement of bilateral neural foramina with Impingement of bilateral exiting nerve roots at this level.
    Diffuse IV-disc bulge with disc bulge with broad based left paracentral protrusion and annular tear is seen at L5-S1 ( 7.1mm) level causing stenosis of spinal canal, bilateral lateral recesses & neural foramina with compression of bilateral traversing & exiting nerve roots at this level (L>>R).

    Excellent video. With so many videos available on TH-cam about low back pain, none of them explains this difference between when to do extension, flexion and strengthening exercises. Only this one does.

    My spine surgeon, who is Mbbs, ms ortho, fnb spine surgery, AO fellow, fellowship in spine surgery from South korea, Japan, usa told me to do 50 times extension exercise and 25 times flexion exercise for chronic disc bulge ( according to symptoms u mentioned) , and i am fine now, i followed yours and other crappy physiotherapist advise and my pain increased, thank god i consulted a spine surgeon. I dont know why physiotherapist call themselves as doctor, people who couldn't clear neet become physiotherapist, do you know amount of hard work and time it takes to become a doctor.

      @@vidyutelectrodanceindia9428 hey he prescribed me nerve pain medicines like pregablin + nortryptilline, and methylcobalmin and painkiller as required, apart from medicine and exercise most important is how u sit how u lift anything, bcz even if you dont do any exercises it will heal if you maintain these things, most important is not sitting for more than 30 mins, and while sitting using a proper lumbar support, first start with extension, and then slowly add flexion exercises.its not like if its chronic you will only do flexion

      You need to know what side(right or left) the disc is bulging first...then do the exercises for that specific side...

    * At L4-L5, L5-S1 level:Central disc bulge causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation.
    *N.B: Screening of rest of the spine showing mild disc herniation at D12-L1 level. Please Sir Inform me, can I do this exercise? Will I be okay without surgery? I really tensed about it.😢
