 Sacralization of L5 - lumbo sacral transitional vertebra.
 Lumbar spondylosis.
 L3-L4 disc bugle indenting thecal sac with mild neural canal stenosis, lateral recess
narrowing on both sides, no neural foraminal narrowing and no nerve root
compression.
 L4-L5 disc bugle indenting thecal sac with mild neural canal stenosis, lateral recess
