It's "anhedonia"; it's IS a part of sadness. It WILL pass. If not see help. And I DO see your point. I overthink too. You seem like a good person, and: make a "new family." And you're kind -be kind to yourself. And ... Germans have a "dry" humor -not worth your time.
Sounds like it could be lingering effects of burnout, which has some similarities to depression. You could still be recovering, considering that you were pretty active during your period of unemployment. Sorry to hear :( and hope it gets better! The psychiatrist Tracy Marks has a video that explains the difference between burnout and depression that might help as well. A lesser known symptom is feeling emotionally numb, or detached from the experiences and emotions of others. It’s important to voice even negative aspects of life, so don’t feel bad about posting these types of videos. I think the main draw for your channel is the authenticity and lack of filter, talking about very real things that people tend to hide. A real gem when a so much of what’s shown online is an unrealistic portrayal of a filtered, carefully catered highlight reel of the happiest and like-worthy moments :’)
It would be a combination of things but currently I am feeling a bit numb for whatever reasons...I am trying to let it flow and not pressure myself to feel better so see if it helps.
Hmm. I dont know your history but this is how depression starts sometimes, slowly creeps up and slowly takes your health bit by bit until its permanent. I think you should see a counsellor or therapist. What you describe sounds like what happened to me when i was around 12 years old and its only got worse for me. Better to address it before it gets worse
Thank you for your suggestion! I am going to observe myself the coming 2 weeks, then I will decide if I am going to make an appointment. Sadly I can only have private session and it is 120 EUR per 45 mins...
@yappykaki I'm not sure but I hope there is affordable options in your area if you google around. A $40 counselor can be just as helpful as a $150 psychologist, they really do the same thing. You won't miss out on benefits if you go for cheap options 🙂
I am happy, I am wonderful, I am brilliant, I am prosperous, I am beautiful, I am a Go Getter and I am Great ❤😊!!!!! This is the message for you today from me my friend ❤
@@yappykaki My friend, there has to be a balance in life. Once you figure out what means something to you and what means nothing, you can walk the path and see the distractions👍❤️

That’s a good point. I think I’m exhausted mentally
I would suggest tapping into some of the things you loved as a kid.
