Good question. In this situation, the reply is to a viewer who submitted a ticket. So, this someone who does tech support and is watching my videos. You can also submit a ticket to this system. Normally, once the issue is resolved, the reply would be just describing what the issue was and that is resolved.

It's called Jira, very nice system i use it too. u can even link your IT inventory with this system making it easy to attach computers, printers and other supplies you might have used to resolve the ticket.
In that case I would refer to error displayed on BSOD. Potentially you could take out the HDD and install into a different computer, but you would need bitlocker key to unlock.
