@cobuman i have 5 years of experience in IT service desk what skills i should have to get a job as L2 or L3 service desk, we all appreciate your efforts in making informative videos
@@letstalk9736You basically have what it takes. You can do L2 with so many years of L1 support. Then after a year or so you can do L3. It's all about using your experience.
@@Cobuman could you please pre prepare a video on ADFS AD replication, Knowledge of File and Print Management and troubleshooting , Active directory, DFSR, DHCP, DNS, ADFS and AD Certificates
I’ve completed my IT Specialist course from coursera on 2021 but still haven’t got a job yet. I’ll keep learning from your videos and some other viseos from TH-cam. I’m not going to quit until I find a job . Thank you for making these videos and helping millions of people out there. God bless you.
I sent you another message on here in response to learning help desk on your TH-cam videos before applying for help desk job. Let me know what you think thanks! It’s from your post 2 years ago
As a person who has resolved over 3500 different Outlook issues ranging from 2016 to LTSC to M365 and OWA. I feel I am completely certified to tell everyone Outlook is trash. And NEVER delete the .PST. That is all. lol
We migrated to Microsoft Cloud storage, best thing we ever did. Had employees move their archive to the cloud and it is glorious. Blow out the profile, and the OST and it's like brand new. Love it. @@Cobuman
I have completed CompTIA A+ certification and want to get into an IT helpdesk analyst job. Your video is very enlightening and simple to understand. Please can you make a video on Office 365 and Active Directory? What are the differences?
Hello. In Outlook, go to settings and select automatic replies. You can also do it through Exchange admin center if you have access to it. Otherwise, user can just set it up in Outlook.
Please share with friends that work Help Desk. Thanks!
