What premium package? This video has been very helpful, thank you!
The Premium package is for our Debt Answer, which includes an attorney review. you can do so here: www.solosuit.com/debt_answer
My aunt and cousin used solosuit months ago and it was great. the answer was received by the court without any problem. my question is is it still ok to contact the opposing attorney to settle even after many months have already passed and the court date is 7-8 months from now??
Yes, you can still contact and attempt to settle.
What do you do if you miss arbitration?
Unfortunately, SoloSuit is a self-help tool and not a law firm, so we cannot give legal advice on this situation. We would recommend consulting an attorney for help.
Go to court and reschedule
What to do if you have lost your job and don’t qualify for unemployment benefits?
This depends on the status of your case, but oftentimes there will be opportunities to bring this up in the Answer & debt settlement process!
